Very good in total, the reception was very friendly. The rooms are well designed and very clean and tidy.

Rooms were tidy and equipped with a ventilator. Breakfast exceeded expectations, and the staff was very welcoming, even though we were just passing through.

The room could have had better air circulation, but it was an unusually warm night.

Horrible bed, the mattress was extremely soft and the pillow was small and low quality. The place was build in the 90’ and it shows.

The WiFi doesn’t work properly only now and again it works the bed will hurt your neck noisy outside at night( dogs in hotel ) people digging early in the mornings waking people up ,

Great location for me and easy access to tram stop. Facilities were decent and food was good. Breakfast had a good variety.

View from room was not the best but I can live with that.

Staffs is ok, rooms are good and clean, bed is comfortable.

Breakfast is same everyday and its not soo good. Its hard to sleep when you have parties in rooms dooring weekend.

A hotel just to survive the night - seems to be used mostly by drivers passing through. It's an old building from the communist era. The rooms have no soundproofing, so bring earplugs or you’ll be woken at 6 A.M. The water temperature fluctuates between cold and hot. Breakfast is very limited, but you can at least find a roll, butter, cheese, and some tea to start your day.

Pretty far away from the centre, but what’s worse, no grocery store in the vicinity. The construction around the building doesn’t help with orientation.

We arrived at the hotel around midnight, and the check-in process was quick, which we appreciated after a long day of travel. The location seemed convenient, and the room initially looked clean. However, after spending just a night, we quickly realized there were several issues that made our stay far from comfortable.The breakfast was nice, the lady at the breakfast was friendly and helpful with big smile.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. First, the so-called "double bed" was only 140 cm wide and pushed against a wall, so there was access from only one side. On top of that, the bed was way too soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep, and the blanket was too narrow. The room was nothing like the pictures on Booking. When we tried to shower, the water pressure was so low that it was almost impossible to bathe. After barely managing to shower, I complained, and the reception manager just gave me a weird look and insisted the water was flowing fine. To make matters worse, the hotel is right next to a school football yard, and there was constant noise starting early in the morning. Since there was no air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, which made the noise unbearable. To top it off, there was even a hole in the floor of the room! This place is far from a 3-star hotel by today’s standards. The bed was too small, too soft, the water pressure was abysmal, and between the heat and noise, it's not worth staying here even for a single night. A total disappointment

Very large building, the room was reasonably comfortable. Plenty of free parking nearby.

The location is somewhat difficult to find

We liked room set up and open window. But it was very hot with no air conditioning although it had one big fan.

Too hot and my teenage granddaughter wanted to be more in the town centre.

Great value friendly service and professional. The restaurant was good value and all staff spoke English well done .

The outside looks like a block of flats which it was previously but take that on board for what you pay.
