Pros +
- Clean, comfortable, nice staff, good breakfast
- Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Decent and reasonable cost dinner in the hotel restaurant. Hotel is in a nice quiet location while still being conveniently accessible to both Poznan and the main A2 motorway. Parking easy and free. Building is smart and tidy. Hotel staff are smartly dressed, attentive and polite
- Nice and clean hotel, staff friendly and helpful ? Tasty breakfast
Cons -
- Very expensive EV Charging(0,6€/kWh)
- We stayed here a couple of years ago and it was very good. Several staff spoke English pretty well, room was good standard and food offering good. This time, apart from one of the restaurant staff who had some very basic English, Polish seemed to be the only language spoken. While you can't expect a non UK hotel to be full of English speaking staff, given the hotel's location very close to the main Motorway across Poland I would imagine we are far from the only people using it as a transit stop so they likely have to deal with non Polish visitors quite a bit - there were other English speaking guests there. Also felt the room (a twin which was all that was available as we made a last minute booking) was a bit overpriced for what it was - a comfortable but fairly basic room - not unlike (cheaper) Premier Inn rooms in the UK. We had a much better room last time we stayed. We are unlikely to be making this journey again anytime soon - if ever - so the question of whether we would stay here again doesn't arise. If we did pass this way again I wouldn't rule this hotel out but it wouldn't be an automatic first choice either.
- nothing really worth to mention

Bathroom was the best of the Single room. Breakfast was good.
Single room was not so quiet. And struggles with some cleanliness in the room.
nice clean room with very good breakfast.
the plastic under the sheet is very uncomfortable, rather loud also makes sweat more...
Very nice place, beautiful area, modern room.
The smell which was coming from the bathroom. A disturbing sewage smell.
We arrived by car at midnight, the 24h desk, comfortable room and bed, cozy apartment, excellent breakfast, big parking.
Nice and good size room.Pets and family friendly. Brilliant breakfasts.
I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The ingredients, preparation and taste were excellent. You could see that many of the ingredients were homemade, instead of semi-finished products. They even served local beer, which was good.
Good hotel on the road if travelling with car. Reach breakfast. Free parking.
Check in was quite slow, receptionist was not at place for approx 10 min.
Superb. Judging by the price I was expecting dilapidated 'hostel' style accommodation but instead found a beautifully appointed and maintained hotel.Staff were efficient and friendly.Someone had spent a great deal of care and attention on the interior decor and given the hotel a very distinctive style.Lots of free and secure parking.
We booked one hour before arrival. The restaurant was wonderful, pleasant service and good quality food. Also breakfast was outstanding. We booked a double room. Bathroom was small but very clean and had all the comfort necessary.
The room we got was like a children's room. Probably because we booked so late, there was not much choice. The single beds were placed in the length in such a way that only one person could watch TV.
Cleanliness, kind restaurant staff. Pleasant and well manicured garden.
An absolutely awful experience. I annually travel big chunk of a year, and I believe this is the first time I had such a bad time at a hotel. There were guests next door with absolutely zero consideration for quiet time over the night- in fact they were loud till morning. I had zero sleep and was miserable after a sleepless night. There’s no such thing as soundproofing in that hotel - to give an example of how in fact the walls are paper thin - I heard a guest next door on the phone for hours on speaker and I could hear each and every word of the conversation on both sides, how is this even possible?. I notified reception staff not once but twice about the noise in the middle of the night and apparently they were not effective in solving situation. More than that I made a request for a quiet room and got it confirmed while checking in - receptionist told me as well there are only few guests in the whole building - and my room is a quiet one - at the same time she didn’t make any effort to accommodate that request in reality, as rooms on both sides of mine were occupied. I always give a chance for making up for the bad experiences, in this case nothing was done. Very disappointing.Strangely there’s no elevator in the building so if you happen to have a room upstairs you’ll need to drag your luggage up. Would be nice to have an electric kettle in the room. The mattress is mediocre quality, paired with a single bed size, it’s not the most comfortable experience.
It was clean and friendly staff
Noise at night
Good
Hotel failed to inform me about a wedding party during my stay. Could not sleep till 2am. However, discount was provided to compensate very uncomfortable stay
Homely atmosphere, large rooms, great breakfast. The girl at the reception was extremely understanding. We arrived late, there was a wedding and a party going on at the hotel, and she arranged for us to have room service with delicious dinner from the hotel restaurant.
Beds and pillows should be more comfortable.
A real find. Not in Poznan as such but just off the motorway so was great for us as we were on a two night trip from our holiday home in Lithuania to catch a ferry back to UK in Holland. We needed a quiet overnight stay around the halfway point which was Poznan. This was way better than we were expecting with great facilities and food and parking on site for the car. The hotel has a lovely garden and the good weather meant we could eat outdoors. All the hotel staff we met were also very welcoming. It's in a suburban, delightful, village like location and although near the motorway is very quiet. Would definitely recommend and we will be back on future holiday trips if we are driving rather than flying.
We’ve booked two room suite: 1 bedroom with a big bathroom and a big lounge with a very large sofa bed (reclining flat), plenty room for my 2 kids to sleep on. The bedroom mattress was a bit hard but we slept like a log ? The bathroom was really lovely and big; bathroom had a radio with a little speaker installed, it’s lovely feature :) One comment about the bathroom to please put sticker on shower and shampoo pods in English; for a non speaking person it is difficult to know what it was and Google translate was inaccurate as well. Lucky for me I know some polish words :) This room was excellent for a family, if you have little kids there is little fridge to store your milk for that evening or morning milk urge when kids love their milk. They had blackout blinds in the lounge and bedroom plus they had pull out blinds. The facilities at this hotel was excellent if you have young kids: they had a trampoline in the garden; a little slide with climbing frame and a swing. They had lovely area to sit under gazebos and very nicely looked after garden area. Car parking is spacious and lit with cameras on every corner. The restaurant is lovely. The living room in the suite had aircon which was a bonus as it was very warm in the summer days. The room had 2 little bottles of sparkling and still water. The restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast was lovely and had a tiny area for little kids to play with some plush soft toy and there were colouring books for the kids. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, it was away from the noise and huddle and bustle and it was perfect for a night to rest after a long journey crossing 4 EU countries ? Glad we chose it it was a good time for kids to stretch their legs too. The young boy at the bar spoke very fluent English.
The staff on our staff at the reception said was new and spoke very broken English. She wasn’t aware that our room booked for 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep on the sofa bed had no bedding. Not a great start after a long day travelling trying to search late at night for bed sheets, pillows, duvets, etc. Other than that, it was good but on our stay it was a bit pricey for 1 night compared with 4 star hotel stay in Poznan. We pays nearly £160 for 1 night when Novotel was charging under £100 for us 4, but we chose this hotel due to car parking availability as another one wasn’t guaranteed space.
I had an exceptional experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with modern amenities. The breakfast menu exceeded my expectations with a variety of delicious dishes. The hotel's location was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.
