Quiet location in attractive neighborhood with park nearby. Chic, spacious, well appointed and comfortable room. Was able to park moto on street in front for free.

Is a little bit pricey for being remote from tourist sights.

The hotel is modern, room is nicely decorated, shower is big and spacious.

Reviews said that breakfast is amazing but I was disappointed by portion size. They gave us a menu card to pick the meal. Size of the portion was very small in my opinion.

The staff was professional and knowledgeable. We are especially happy with how Ola treated us and helped us, she is very friendly and funny while still maintaining professionalism. The bed is comfortable, the pillows were nice. We had no problem with the TV, the shower is really spacious and has a fancy feel to it. The radio in the toilet (literally built into the wall) was a surprise but we had a good laugh about it. Free dental, shawing, sewing etc... kits were small but nice gifts to give to the guests.

The interior design of the room was very good, and I want to specially point out the friendliness of the ladies serving breakfast!

The choice of food at breakfast could be a bit wider, but their eggs menu is exceptional

I got the room with Sauna. Wonderful room, clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was superb and coffee was nice. I recommend and will stay again.

The bathroom door was big and heavy and closed shut each time. Not a big deal but I would have liked the option to keep it open. The coffee pods are just two in the room and I needed more. there is a market just down the road to get extra water and coffee as needed so that was a good substitute

Alexksandra (Ola?) was so friendly and gave me a great first impression of Poznan. The hotel was really clean and the room was very spacious. It had everything I needed. We were so lucky to get an upgraded and it was a nice surprise. All the staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and Ola is the best among them. I think I know why this hotel is in the Michelin Guide. Highly recommended.

Everything was really great! Just little things:Couch was a bit dirty, but it’s understandable that you don’t change piece of furniture after every client in places that are not fancy hotels. An apartment was beautiful, but a little dark. Which was very atmospheric, but it was hard to do my make up and we came for a concert!:) I think it would be great if there was a little mirror in a bathroom that you can take to the desk to get ready in a day light.We were an hour after our room should be ready and we still needed to wait because previous guests made a lot of mess. And we were in a hurry. But people from the stuff were great. They offered us coffee in a restaurant while waiting, longer stay and complimentary breakfast for free, so we felt taken care of.

The apartment was nice as well as the location of the accommodation. The staff were very professional, especially the girl at the reception, Aleksandra, she was very helpful and kind.

I love coming back to Ilonn Boutique everytime I'm in Poznan. With friendly staff - Ola and Piotr, it feels like coming back home. It is clean, quiet and quaint here. Easy parking makes things all the better.

I stayed in a nice studio with balcony. Quiet place, comfortable and warm apartment, shower with good water pressure, kitchen, coffee machine. Hotel situated near bus stop, park.

Very good location, comfortable and spaceaus rooms. Great amenities.

The curtain that separates the bathroom did not fully cover the space.

Great facilities, location and staff. Ola at reception was warm, welcoming and insightful in support of my short stay. Location is top, quiet rooms and close to the heart of downtown.

breakfast was great; the room was great; bathroom superb. Everything really luxorious and spacious.

Stains on the coffee table in the room and some equipment that's missing e.g. coffee mugs that fit in the coffee machine (there were glasses in the room, but they were too big to fit under it).But...those are details, the experience was A+

Very convenient accommodation and self check in. Nice and modern and warm room. Very comfy beds. There is a kitchenette inside and a minibar included in price. Everything what was inside the room, were very well planned (starting from lights switches, heaters, warm floors in the bathroom to wine glasses and high quality porcelain dishes). Breakfast was amazing, and it was served in several minutes, so we managed to get to the train station even though we were short in time.
