Hotel is in great location, few minutes walk from Old Town, room was clean with comfy bed.

Close to the old town, great breakfast, amazing interiors.

Awesome hotel, fashionable comfortable and welcoming on a cold Polish evening. Staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Right in old town. We hope we can return some day.

Loved the location. In walking distance to town center, Christmas markets, and cafes.

I’ve got handicapped room, sauna is extremely small and dangerous, someone by mistake could sit on the hot stones

Beautiful entrance, reception and style. Complementary coffee was a bonus. Comfortable bed, wonderful design and nice staff.

Very unique hotel, comfortable beds and pillows, extremely clean with modern design, good ambient lighting. I had a nice quiet room facing the patio. Friendly staff always very accommodating and trying to help you in any aspects and concerns you have A+. Breakfast is the best I ever had. Variety of great choices. A+ definitely.

The blankets are very nice, clean, light weight but sometimes it will be too warm to sleep under. It Would be nice to have an alternative choice. But I never asked for, maybe they have a lighter blanket.

Beautiful, well appointed everywhere from lobby, restaurant, to rooms. And heated tile floor was perfect!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved breakfast and the room was amazing with the view to the street. The location is best, near the Rotusz. The hotel and room design is modern and stylish. We loved our one night stay, totally recommend.

The ac in my room was broken and it was very uncomfortable.

It’s centrally located in the old town. Everything is close-by. We really like the breakfast. You should definitely book it! The hotel has nice facilities and offers free coffee. The receptions are friendly and helpful.

Everything from the location, facilities, decorations, staffs and breakfast. I stayed in Poznan for 5 nights and I definitely think that staying at Puro hotel allowed me to make the most out of this town.

Immaculate bedroom, very modern shower room. Exceptionally friendly & helpful staff. Great evening meal at restaurant. Sumptuous living area to relax downstairs with free coffee machine. 5 minute walk to Old Town.

The bed was too small for my husband & I to share - only a normal double size bed. No bath, only a shower. The normal rooms are a bit compact, I'll probably book a Junior Suite next time. No vegetarian sausage options at breakfast. Although the food in the restaurant was delicious, it was the same room as where breakfast was served; as a result it had the ambiance of a breakfast room rather than the luxurious, evening decor that you'd normally get in an evening restaurant.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Very friendly staff and very inviting. Loved this place.

The underground parking is small and not labeled very well. We couldn't park there because all the.spaced were taken. There is like 15 spots there for an entire hotel.

The woman who checked us in was delightful. She gave us great recommendations for what to see and where to eat. The hotel had a coffee and tea set up downstairs so it was nice to be able to serve ourselves anytime. We loved the courtyard outside.

I wish they provided Kleenex tissues.

Our fourth stay at this hotel, and once again a great experience. Both breakfast and room service were excellent, and we especially appreciated being able to order restaurant dishes late in the evening after a long day’s ride. The interior is beautiful, the staff very friendly, and the hotel is truly dog-friendly!

The only downside is that the air conditioning is directly above the beds, and we struggled each time to switch it off. In the end, the best solution was to open the window.

The hotel is very well located, less than 5 minutes from the main old town square. The rooms are not big, but are nice. Staff was friendly and helpful all the time.
