Servce is terribel. Out of the 5 rooms booked and paid for the hotel allowed for 3 and 2 guests were left stranded on the side of the road. The manager could not even call me baxck abnd advise. Still fighting for my refunds.

Didn't hear any news - the fact that out of my party of 5 people two of the rooms were not available in the end and guests were left stranded in the street. Still waiting for the manager to call me back. I am still fighting for my refunds that were promised. Maybe someone could follow up and get my rooms that didn't work out refunded.

The service was terrible.

We did not use the sports facilities as this was just a one night stop but the restaurant food was amazing and will definitely consider rebooking should we stay in Poznan again!

This hotel has super comfortable and luxury rooms - with comfortable beds, storage space for your stuff, large table and big bathroom. There are also lots of sport facilities and programs to participate in - some pf them paid, some with discounts and some free for hotel guests. The breakfasts are delicious and the hotel employees are helpful and very nice. I liked the location close to the university.

Two things - the breakfasts take a long time to get - you need to wait for your eggs or pancakes and sometimes it take too much time to refill cheese and meat plate (they get empty quickly if there are a lots of guests). Also, in my opinion there are a bit overpriced - 50 zł (during September 2024) is a cost of a meat dish in fancy restaurant. The second thing is the road leading to the hotel, which is very bumpy and uneven!

Room was quite new and clean. Beds were comfortable.

Room had a weird smell. The "private parking" was easily accessible off the street, I did not feel the car was at a safe place. The road to the hotel is incredibly bad, full of deep potholes. The water pressure at the shower was very weak. The carpet of the room was full of stains

Cleanliness - in my sink I found contact lens - I am not a user so it had to be there before my arrival. Under the bed there wasn't vacuumed. The whiteness of the sheet wasn't crystal clear - the color was close to yellow than to white - bed is a place which we as a guests are touching directly with our skin - that's why it is really important to percieve it as clear. When it comes to breakfast - there wasn't enough staff. The server was really nice but it was hard for him to be present in the room and prepare breakfast at the same time. And here also one note: the served part of the breakfast (scrambled eggs and omelet) was fantastic - tasty and nice served. The buffet was not well stocked. That would be nice if there will be e.g. chocolate cereal, boiled eggs, rolls, frankfurters, sausages, pancakes with fruits - more diverse offer.

I liked everything, except that the price did not match the price indicated in euros on the Booking website.

In this hotel, we overpaid by 40 euros from the price indicated in euros on the Booking website, since all their prices were indicated in zlotys, and when paying due to the conversion from zlotys to euros, a different amount came out from the expected one. Unfortunately, we were unable to get help with this.

One of the best hotels! The staff is friendly. And the main thing is perfect cleanliness!!! Beautiful air! On the territory of the hotel there is a sports complex, classes in the gym are included in the price of accommodation, which is nice.

Everything was perfect, the staff was super friendly, smiling and helpful. We came with a small child, the cot was ready in the room upon arrival. No extra charge for room service from the restaurant, was a pleasant surprise ?

Like staying in a premier inn or travelodge....added bonus of gym facilites,onsite restaraunt and very quiet as in a woody area which is beautiful

Nothing really,everything you need for a good stay

Spacious clean and comfortable rooms, polite staff, not close to the city centar but close to my meeting place in Poznan, good value for money

The approach road is very bad, crowded during the evening

Perfect?. Nice, clean and large rooms. Everything new. Beds comfortable, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, parking at the hotel. We are happy to stay here again.

Nice and modern room with fridge and ac.Younger reception desk staff professional and really trying their best.Playground outside (but quite used and sand full of plastic).Indoor Squash and Tennis court (we didn't find time to use it)

The bathroom smelled badly like cigarettes - solved: reception staff acted professional and gave us additionally a small second room for the first night until the smell was gone.We asked for breakfast at 8. Waited the first day until 8:30 for the cook to come, let alone for the food. Waiting the second day until 8:25 and then decided to leave without breakfast and cancel breakfast for the third day - solved: apologies from the reception staff during check out and a discount.Music was rather loud until 23:00 when there were parties in the restaurant below but this is understandable and for us acceptable.All in all a nice place but not really suitable when one depends on certain fixed sleeping and eating hours (e.g. with children).

The hotel was nice, we were staying during Christmas holidays so there was no staff except security man (I guess?) which helped us with check-in. There was adjustable heating in the room, air conditioning, heater in the bathroom, shower was pretty spacious, tea, coffee, kettle in the room, pictures matches the real view, spacious free parking next to the hotel.

The security man didn't speak English, we had to use google translate for communication with the only person in the hotel. When booking the room, double bed was requested and we got twin room with two single beds, there is still room to improve with cleanliness. For the price it is not bad, but location is really far from the centre, when ordering food via Bolt we didn't have much of choice because delivery distance was too far, otherwise if you are looking for quite place out of centre it is something for you.

Nice good clean hotel, only latst 200 m to the hotel lay over a terrible road. Good WIFI
