The hotel’s location is fantastic — right in the heart of the city, close to the Old Town, surrounded by many bars and restaurants, and conveniently located next to a small shopping mall. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and overall the stay was very pleasant.

Breakfast is good, but it could be better. Adding a wider variety of options would help elevate the overall experience.

Location!

I have no issues with the hotel. My issue is with booking.com which said it was the last room available when I booked it 10 minutes before arrival from in town when he was in the issue with my previously booked room. When I arrived the hotel said they could’ve offered me a lesser price and that there were several rooms available but it was too late because it was prepaid on booking.com So my negative is more about booking.com efforts saying “lowest price” and “last room” and not at the hotel itself.

We got free sty to our 7 years son. When we arrived they ask we been told it is free if he sty in your bad or you pay 150 z so he can sleep on a sofa. This in correct way of information give us a very bad test

I liked the bathroom it was bigger than most I’ve been to in Europe. The room was decent bed was nice and comfy.

The lobby could be fresher as in maybe air freshener could be used there was a stench at one point I’m not sure what it was. It didn’t persist to the room though only lobby area.

Front desk staff were nice and the hotel looked fancy and clean

The servers didn't take our breakfast order and skipped us. New people came in and got attended except us, maybe because we are not locals. And they have no gym. The walls are thin I couldn't even listen to music before people started banging on the wall and the music wasn't loud

the room was spacious and airy with loads of windows it was beautiful

The interior design, and lack of a sauna

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location close to all main sightseings. Great breakfast. They also arranged airport transfer after request making easier our transport

Room was clean and comfortable, location was really close to the centre of the city, staff were really friendly and spoke English and were happy to answer questions on how to speak better Polish, breakfast had a good selection of cold cuts, cheeses, fresh bread, waffles, fruit and a whole load more, the bathrooms were large, spacious and clean - with an overhead shower.

I honestly can't think of anything that could have been improved. The location is near some bells that ring at 7:30 in the morning, which could disturb some people that like to sleep with windows open and sleep late (didn't bother me though).

Good hotel close to the downtown for couple of nights.

Loud airconditioner and at the moment the hotel is in the middle of a construction site.Should be inform the guest!!

As for 4 star hotel I was disappointed there was not body moistureser and separate shampoo, the shower gel is not the best it makes your skin dry.

Doublebed was actually two single beds combined together with a gap between materaces. Fitness Room could definitely have a little more equipment.

The hotel parking lot is rather small compared to the hotel. Contrary to the information on booking.com, I was informed that it is NOT possible to reserve a place. Luckily though, there was a free spot when I arrived.Soundproofing on the outside wall is limited, with streetcars and in particular the church bells next door very audible despite the closed windows. It did not bother me, but it might be a consideration if you intend to sleep in.(the interior soundproofing seemd fine though, I did not hear anything from the other rooms)
