This is out of hotels controls, but there are building site next to the hotel at the moment, and work started too early there when we wanted to sleep a little longer.

Location was ideal for us. We wanted to be close to Lake Malta and the hotel is maybe 500m away. Our rooms (we stayed in an apartment with a balcony) were clean and comfortable. The fridge in the sitting room was a definite bonus. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. We only ate dinner once but the menu contained plenty of choice and service was good.

As an older person with luggage to move, I would have appreciated a lift (or the offer of help with the cases).

The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes away from a tram station that will take you to the City Center in twenty minutes.The hotel was fairly quiet, despite some construction taking place nearby. The suites are spacious and there is good AC in each of the rooms. There are a good number of available parking spaces inside the property.Check-in and check-out were done without any issues. The people at the reception were always polite and attentive.

The Suites have two single beds and advertise it as such, so this is not a complaint, just something to take into account for couples who would like to sleep in the same bed without bringing the beds together (which leaves a hole in the middle).

I miss black curtains in our room.For one place around sockets it should be a small cosmetic repair.It is temporary, but as for 29.04.2024 there is construction around the hotel and during the work day it is a little bit noisy while windows are open.

Lovely, clean and spacious with everything needed for our stay.

Unable to close the blinds in the bedrooms even after asking for help, so it was an early morning start with the sunshine.

due streets reconstructions it was a little but difficult to get to the hotel by car.

The apartment was big, comfortable and clean. They have a private parking.

There is no elevator in the hotel. Breakfast was poor. Although the restaurant itself is good enough.

Bad

All impression was spoiled by one man who shouldn't be allowed to work with customers. After a long drive, tired, pregnant, we arrived to the hotel, went to the reception, I said I would like to check in, and the man at the reception said - 'the check in time is 3 pm' and pointed his finger at the wall clock. It was 20 min to 3 pm!! Not 1 pm, not 10 am, but 20 min to the check in time. Usually, polite staff who respect their guests would say - 'I will check if the room is ready for you, if not - you can leave your luggage and we will contact you as soon as the room is ready'. But what we heard there was ridiculous. Surely, he gave us the key and we went up to the room, but that absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Amazing staff. Even the restaurant was closed, They gave me some fruits for free. Very kind.

The sauna is on place, but I could not use it, because 20 o'clock was already "too late" to use it. Not friendly hotel owener or employe. Customer orientation is an area for improvement definitely!!!!!

The room was nice, bed very comfortable and the sheets were of good quality.

The staff were grumpy and confused at the check-in. The breakfast was rather basic. The sauna as advertised in the pictures at the time of the booking was not available.

The breakfast was great, coffee good (fully automatic machine). Hotel was very clean. Nice rooms, nice breakfast room. Quiet at night. Air Condition worked really good.

Smooking people right at the entrance door. We´ve had the room above, had to close windows.

The apartments were very clean, spacious and comfortable with a balcony to each room. The staff were helpful and accommodating and the food was very good in the restaurant.
