    Pros +

    • Looks good from outside. Hood is cute. Free fruit plate.
    • Nice room, clean, quiet and comfortable.
    • Very stylish, beutifully renovated building, very nice enterior design.

    Cons -

    • I stayed at a hotel in gdansk the night before that was twice as good at half the price. I understand it was a holiday and prices were crazy. Probably too far from station and old town for most. Maid didnt scrape poop from toilet. Shower drain was too slow. No shower door. No drapes. No mini bar. Next to tram tracks and main road. Trams made noise all day and night. Free water bottle was opened. Tv had 1000 channels. 90% didnt work and you had to go through them all. No soap. Ceiling was low and slanted.
    • It’s very surprising that parking is not included in the price.
    • The shower head was badly attached

The staff is exceptional and the food is delicious. The hotel is very clean and the location is great.

The single beds are rather small…

    8TobiasPosted on: 9-6-2024

Very nice, upscale property. The room had plenty of space to spread out (e.g., a long desk, a bench at the foot of the bed, and a board in the bathroom). The restaurant is excellent - both their fine dining dinner and the really excellent breakfast. The property exudes a very calm, refined and private atmosphere, which is very pleasant.

Sadly I didn't feel welcome as a cyclist. Poznan has an excellent network of bicycle lanes and made the perfect endpoint for a 300 km cycling trip from Berlin. I didn't mind that the property has no specific place to park your bike. Almost the entire space in front of the entrance was taken by parking bays for cars including four EV charge points but I managed to find a spot where the bike was not obstructing anyone and where I could chain it to a rail so that it neither could be stolen nor fall over, thus possibly damaging or impeding anyone. When I returned to the hotel the second evening, however, a different lady manned reception and scolded me that it was not allowed to park the bike there, as if I had committed a crime. She told me to park the bike at the side of the property - but when I shortly after wanted to rush to a dinner appointment, I realised that now access to my bike was totally obstructed by cars. Now the lady scolded me for being upset about this. She then had to call the restaurant to open a back gate so that I could exit there from the property. When I returned from my dinner, their restaurant already was closed, so there wasn't anybody who could have opened the gate, and I had to carry my bike into a patch of grass in order to park my bike while hiding it from the irate lady at the front desk. This did leave behind a sour taste and spoiled an otherwise perfect stay.

Spotlessly clean, specious, very tasty breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff. Perfect!

    10JanePosted on: 8-21-2024

Staff were very helpful. Rooms clean and tidy. We even had a balcony to sit out on at night. We were a family of 4 - so had a studio with bathroom. Very spacious. Excellent choice of high quality food at breakfast. Parking directly outside hotel. Lots of nice eating restaurants nearby. Definitely would go back.

Located 2 mile from centre of Poznan however metro and bus stop at hotel.

Bed and air con was perfect

Television image quality was very poor

    9LauraPosted on: 8-15-2024

Great breakfast, comfortable room and beds for a family of 4.

Paying for the parking and charging the car is separate, booking.com prices don't include these costs even when you click the filters car parking and electric vehicle charging.

    Breakfast was great.

Bring your own shampoo and conditioner or was with the shower gel. AC was ether too hot or too cold and blowing directly on your bed.

    8johnPosted on: 6-30-2024

Nice enough room but not keen on the location.Breakfast was good.

The service in the restaurant was very poor but after complaining a young man was very apologetic and couldn't do enough,he was excellent.

    8EglėPosted on: 6-21-2024

    Great breakfast selection.

Shower had no curtain or wall in bathroom. Water was splashing all over the bathroom ? Windows has no curtains in the bedroom and bathroom, therefore coziness was lacking in the room. Had to ask for iron 3 times until it was delivered to my room.

    7DukesPosted on: 5-27-2024

    Location to city Center

There was no iron, ironing table, no microwave, no ice machine, no AC in rooms.

Good rooms and very good breakfast. Near a lot of restaurants. Easy to take a dinner.

Need to pay for the parking 50pln/day

Elegant, spotless, lovely and helpful staff, very good breakfast in a beautiful venue.Beautiful smell in the whole hotel, highly recommended.

    7vidyaPosted on: 3-10-2024

The reception was kind enough to upgrade us to a better room as we were not happy with the one we initially got assigned. The breakfast spread was just right. And the staff were very friendly and attentive.

There were no gluten free options in the spread.

    10ZorianaPosted on: 1-12-2024

Nice cosy hotel, with wonderful location for my event, very polite and friendly stuff, I will definitely return client

I don't like short breakfast timing, I always had a breakfast late, but I considered this as my personal preference

    7JessePosted on: 12-31-2023

Right next to city park with food and shopping. A short distance to public transport downtown. The airport was a short drive (we just stayed a night before flying back to the US)

Very limited hotel parking, incredibly small rooms, and the front desk wasn't particularly friendly.

    10RegimantasPosted on: 12-9-2023

Newly renovated hotel, nice breakfast area, decent breakfast selection, very friendly staff, kids - friendly, good restaurant, quietness.

No negative stuff about the place..
