It' OK. Small but a pretty new gym.

It's compact, not a lot of space. Beds are narrow, the shower cabin is very small, and the toilet is placed between the shower cabin and a wall, which is quite weird. Saunas need a reservation. Weird and soft pillows. I had to use 2 of them to feel support under my neck. I would expect softer towels and better cosmetics from a 4-star hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel with amazing restaurant with lovely outdoor dining! The spa and gym are great too.

Very comfortable double bed. Interesting and tasty menu in the restaurant. Large portions of foodNice room service.Several ways to light the room. Unfortunately being only for one night I did not use the saunas/gym combo... Maybe next time

The bathroom is small. When we came on time to restaurant for breakfast, almost where is nothing for eating, empty plates. We needed to ask to fill dishes.

It's a decent hotel in the middle of a residential area outside of the town centre.Make sure to book sauna in advance and confirm the times it's open at the reception to avoid the disappointment. I never managed to get to see it.

The area around is a bit empty but if you're looking for a quieter, less busy location - it's a good choice.

No refrigerator or microwave. The showers are a bit cramped and confined.One staff member at the front desk initially insisted that I pay upfront , when I had already read the hotel policy stating that upfront payment was not necessary. The staff personnel are not as friendly or welcoming compared to what I'm used to.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have fulfilled all my numerous requests ) The restaurant has delicious food. I liked everything. There is a large table in the room, it is convenient to work with a laptop.

Almost everything in this hotel is super. Delicious breakfast. The sauna is an added value—also fitness. You can rent bicycles fro free. The restaurant is amazing. Staff on the reception and also maintenance is top.

The room size can be problematic if you are used having a lot of space. WIFI in the rooms at the end of the corridor is poor or not performing.

Not dirty but could use a good cleaning, the carpet had some stains. The bathroom was spacious but the shower cabin was way too small to be comfortable and there was no counter space to store toiletries in the bathroom.

Good location, comfortable, everything clean and tidy, excellent breakfast.

The fact that they were able to process my late arrival.

The room was not ready for 2 people, only one set of towels, night gown. The bathroom was cols.Toilet seat was loud and undamaged. It fell when let go.Wash basin had no space to put our cosmetics.The aircondioning and ventilation was inefficient.The TV was not working correctly.There was not sufficient bedding for 2 people.

Very cozy and nice interior. The breakfast was good, hotel is pet-friendly which was a key factor for me. Very nice place for it's cost.

Comfortable hotel in the suburbs of Poznan, private parking, very good (but expensive) restaurant, nice breakfast and comfortable gym.

We paid around 25e for small dog.It was fist time in Pl when we paid for dog so much….Double bed was small and room also small.Toilet is close to bed,when you are in the bed-you lnow everything what your hisband does in toilet ?

The room is very modern and nicely furnished.

However, there was a lack of order, the dust has not been cleaned for a long time, the shower head is leaking water. The air conditioner was cooling minimally, it was too hot.
