Service at the reception desk was very kind, calm, polite, professional.

Breakfast lunch and dinner was 5 stars. I ended up staying 6 more days waiting for our apartment to be ready. The staff and employees were friendly always polite. Would go out of there way to help us.

Nothing I can think of

Lakeside hotel with well equipped rooms. Water source free of charge in corridor machines. 2x chargers for EV cars near the entrance. Spacious room, great bath, all amenities you need are there. Comfortable beds. Big parking lot, in case it is full hotel staff is ready to assist you to park car alongside building anyways. Great breakfast selection with a lake view. High speed WiFi, no interruptions.

Nothing to mention in particular, hotel offer met all expectations. Well done!

The style of the room was more for business stay and bit outdated design but overall comfy and spacious

At arrival around 10pm there was a dj playing in the lobby so loud we had to scream during check in. We asked until what time the party was supposed to go, they said 1am. We asked what if we cannot sleep due to the sound, they said they couldn’t do anything if this was the case. In the end we were in a room far away and luckily couldn’t listen to the party. But it was awful check in experience.

Next to a lake, good walkways and nice to have breakfast on the balcony.

The staff were lovely, very helpful. The lunch and dinner food were excellent. The patio is fantastic, overlooking the lake.

Curved bath had the shower at the narrow end leaving no room to use the shower without being stuck to the curtain!

Excellent location with nice view to the lake and access to a nice path for walk or bicycle

The hotel looks a bit old style and bare inside. Rooms are nice, spacious, but luck a bit of a touchup and refresh to look a bit modernised and attractive inside.

We visit for competition at Malta, so location was just perfect - walking distance to main area and race track view through the window.The sound proofness of the rooms are very very very good. We appreciated it a lot.Staff is really really good. We where offered a secure parking space due special need - no problem. The reservation was modified according our needs upon arrival - no problem. The staff was very thoughtful and put as in the most far corner out of restaurant - where a big and noisy party was going on - so we get a good and silent rest.Compliments on the flexibility with currency to restaurant staff. it helped us a lot! Cheers guys!

Hotel is "sport". Modern sport nutrition contains less and less animal products. Having plant based milk alternative at breakfast buffet - should be a minimum. A space for improvement.Gym and pool also would be a natural touch to "sport" hotel.

Everything was great , 20min walk to ZOO , 20min walk to big shopping center and beautiful lake next to hotel

The bath shower shape makes for a very frustrating experience. There's no room and the shower curtain is far too close and sticks to your body. A very stupid design.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was free. There was a bus stop nearby. Staff members spoke English. They were also helpful and pleasant.

The deadbolt on the door to my room did not work.

The location of the hotel is alongside the Malta lake, whig is a guiet and green area, yet still within the walking distance of the biggest shopping mall in the city and swimming pool with hot thermal water that you can enjoy under the open sky.

There was an extremely loud company party taking place until 2 a.m. in the main hall and corridors of the first floor. Fortunately the receptionist had an available room on the second floor.

The room was very spacious with nice view of the lake. The breakfast was very good and we had dinner too from restaurant. Room was very clean and comfortable.

A very comfortable room and big bathroom, well equipped. Air-conditioning, kettle in the room Coffee and tea. Great location, free car park. Paid breakfast, but there are lots of choices for everyone to enjoy

No minifridge, no garbagecan in room (only in bathroom).

The only negative thing for me I remember they use to have mini fridge in the rooms and that is no longer the case. Was pretty disappointed about that.
