breakfast was great- loved the choices.

Dinner menus was not as exceptional, had to go and find the staff.

Perfect location, close to everywhere, but still quiet enough.Amazing breakfast with some tasty local food!

Big room, clean and comfortable, great location. Spa (finnish sauna and steam room) was included, however the spa spaces were quite hot even outside the sauna and the steam room was a little too hot.

The hotel staff were very helpful and polite, always happy to assist and answer any questions. It has a great location- only 10-15 min walk to Old Market Square. Tram line is just outside with some tram route stop just a min away. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel too.The room and hotel is clean. Impressed that they have a system you can use through your smart phone where where you are able to access everything you need- requests, questions, etc. Breakfast Buffet offered a variety of choices.

The pillow were too soft and was only given one. But got an extra upon request. Standard Double room with extra bed on the cozier side for 3 adults. Disapponted that there was no bathtub (room detail on booking says bath tub with photos showing one too)

I think that the conditions in the hotel are very good, the food is delicious. but the price per day in the middle of the week is a bit too high. I do not like the necessity of paying extra for parking for a car at such a high price of the stay, considering the fact that the parking is located 700 m from the hotel

Nothing much, maybe the room was a little warm and we struggled a bit with the air con.

Upon our arrival we were greated by a friendly lady at the reception desk. Our room was a twin bedroom on the 5th floor, beds were very comfy and a bathroom was super clean, which was great! When we were checking out today, another friendly receptionist offered to store our luggage and my son's French horn in a locked storage room for safekeeping so we could spent two hours in the old city. This hotel is very convenient for exploring the old city, it is right in the middle of the famous Św Marcin street with so many cafes and restaurants. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, went out to a local cafe for a coffee and a homemade sandwich (Kawiarnia Taj, almost next door was our place ). This hotel's location was perfect for being close to the Paderewski Music Academy, just a stone's throw for the hotel, which was great for my son attending a 2 days serminar at the Academy.

Great breakfast buffet, convenient location for the Old Town, clean and tidy. The hotel has a spa, but we didn't use it.

The room felt a bit dated and basic for a four star hotel. Could do with refurbishment. We personally found the mattress quite uncomfortable.

The room description on my reservation was not the same ( Twin beds +1, Executive room). When complained, got offered rooms with twin beds but no way near Executive: a broken wooden hanger in the wardrobe, a shower rather than a bath in the first room, no atrium location as per booking description, no fridge in the room at all. There was a vacuum cleaner stored right in the not-so-wide hallway. On the way from the room two firsts lifts were Personnel use only - you walk for ever with turns, carrying your bags before you get to a pair of small lifts. It makes one feel that the place is for the personnel, rather than guest. The halls are glum lit and have a stale smell.

Spacious rooms, good location, clean and we went at Christmas time so it was beautifully decorated too.

Hotel Location is excellent to old town, the christmas market, the castle, the trams and bus station. Room was very clean, nicely decorated and bathroom was impeccable. Sauna and steam room were a big bonus and very relaxing after a day walking in the cold outside. However, I experienced the sauna was not hot enough. Over all it was good value for what we wanted and experienced.

I have no complains.

Very nice hotel really close to the city centre and all shops and restaurants.

Car park is rather far and at extra charge.

The room was spacious enough, the beds comfy.Breakfast had enough choice. From the hotel it is about 5-10 min walking to the old town.

In room 517 the shower was broken but we could fix it sort of ourselves to be able to use it. The soap bottles fell of the wall when tried to use them and the pumps of the soap bottles were broken. The minibar does not work in the room.

Beautiful hotel, great location to access the old town, museums and Christmas Market.Immaculately clean, staff were helpful and friendly.Bedroom was spacious, comfy beds, plenty of storage space, good linen and towels.Breakfast buffet is excellent, lots of choices to suit everyone.

Nothing at all to dislike here.
