    Pros +

    • Location, amenities, night life
    • The whisky bar was exceptional and really stood out as the best part of my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the location is great with well-equipped facilities. Breakfast was fantastic too - guests are spoiled for choice with the options for breakfast, that were a real highlight.
    • Proximity to the airport / very clean

    Cons -

    • Elevator: The elevator was broken the whole time I was there, which made it really inconvenient to get around.Bathroom scales: A couple of the rooms had bathroom scales that weren't working properly—they'd just show an error instead of giving a reading.
    • 2nd time we stayed, and again we were woken up by outside light. A better blackout blind or curtain is required in the rooms. There was no milk in the room for coffee, so I had to ask for it every day.
    • There is not much that one could criticise. Due to the location of the hotel, the place is probably not first choice for visitors with an interest in the historic city.

The City Park has a very smart feel about it, in some instances it seems to try a bit too hard. The rooms are spectacularly spacious and equipped with unusual facilities like a kitchenette. The hotel is located in a leafy suburban part of Poznan’. On-street parking in the area is easy and avoids the rather steep hotel parking charges.

There is not much that one could criticise. Due to the location of the hotel, the place is probably not first choice for visitors with an interest in the historic city.

A big room that can be made completely dark even during a day. A big comfortable bed with many pillows. A big TV. Both bathtub and a shower. A big desk with convenient sockets. Two glass bottles of water every day. A fridge. A roll of paper towels. A 14-meter swimming pool with 29-degree-Celsius water on the last floor with city view. Many options to lie down and relax around this pool. Great photographs on hotel's walls. Friendly reception staff who remembers I am waiting for an earlier room. Many options to eat within a short walk including an amazing sushi restaurant.

The room doors were not fitting well and they were hard to open and hard to close. Not the most quiet corridor carpet - you can hear other guest walking by your room frequently. Some breakfast elements were uninspiring - scrambled eggs were dry and mayonnaise had old surface, maybe from a really hot day. Room cleaning would happen relatively late - often 3-4 pm. Signing paperwork for a towel in a spa seemed odd for a 5-star venue. Taxi requested by the reception would take 30 minutes to arrive. But these are overall tiny flaws in an awesome hotel.

I stay there often as it’s all inclusive with their own restaurants stores spa etc.. the rooms are amazing and big. This time I got a free upgrade it was super cool of them.

One of the best Hotels in Poland hands down. I stay here often and love this place. They have everything you need and you never need to leave the hotel property. The staff is amazing. The rooms are big and very upscale luxury.

    Nothing bad at all

Fantastic Spa area and nice big rooms. I really enjoyed my stay in City Park hotel & residence together with my wife. Service is good and I would highly recommend.

This is not 5 Star acomodación. This was the worst bed I was sleeping in “5” hotel. They say they have twins beds, which in fact are singles. I ended sleeping on sofa.

I'm always choosing City Park Hotel when I'm traveling with my family. Rooms are way more spacious than in any other hotel in Poznan, very comfortable and convenient. Each room has a little kitchenette with everything what you need: nescaffee coffee machine with caps, induction cooker, microwave, caps, plates, cutlery. Very comfortable bed with options of pillows. Spacious bathroom with bathtub and bidet. Everything nicely designed in renovated old military base. Whole compound is fool of great restaurants and bars so you can just relax and hangout around. You can use beautiful pool (open until 11PM!) sauna, salt grote or awesome gym. Staff is super friendly and helpful. On top of that pets are allowed with a little extra charge. Hotel isn't directly in the downtown but is easy to get everywhere from there by car, public transport or simply by taxi, which are not expensive. You won't regret choosing City Park Hotel.Highly recommend by family with 7 years old kid, who truly loves this Hotel.

Not enough plugs, especially next to the bed. There is one on each side, but it's "occupied" by night lamp.

The whole set up is great. Modern living space for shower and longer term. Very friendly staff on site. Lots of parking spaces. Beautiful interiors. Would highly recommend.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was very cozy — I had a great night's sleep. Overall, the room offered a relaxing atmosphere, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

One major downside was the loud live band playing on a lower floor until around 10 p.m. Even with the windows closed, the noise still echoed through the room and made it hard to relax. It was so loud that I ended up leaving the room for a while just to escape the sound.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very large, extremely clean and I love that we had access to the spa!

    Breakfast had plenty of options.

Chef to make shell scrambled eggs. Ensuring the food in the warming containers are actually warm. Pancakes were cold 2 of 3 mornings we ate breakfast there.

The staff are always very nice.

The hotel is badly in need of a MAJOR overhaul. Even the breakfast that was always very good . Is now very poor. Cost cutting again.

Very cozy and large apartments - everything is clean and soft. All needed staff inside - microwave, coffee machine, fridge.Robe and slippers, toothpaste and shampoo kit were also provided. Comfortable bath. There is window in the ceiling with natural light, atmospheric surroundings with history.

More description about our stay:We wanted to have a good rest in Saturday night - but unfortunately there was a huge corporate party in the restaurant right under our apartments (all evening and till 3 AM in the night) with very loud music (without any possibility to sleep during it). After party started (at 9 PM) we asked to change the apartments but reception said "Sorry, all are booked. We can return money if you want." with completely stone face, without any regret about the situation and any desire to somehow resolve the circumstances. We were very disappointed and went to SPA to spend some time thinking what to do with that. Good mood about rest disappeared.Later (at 11 PM) we went again to reception (with all our things packed and ready to check-out the hotel) - previous receptionists were changed and then Pan Leszek met us. He was very obliging and helpful - he found the apartments which were free because of guests who didn't checked-in that day. He also proposed help with baggage and later check-out to reduce the negative experience of our stay. It was pleasant to see that he takes care about guests emotions (in contrast to the previous shift of administrators!) - especially thanks for such attitude.

Food was very good, also the stuff very friendly

The fact that not every building is connected with the main one. In winter it is annoying that people have to go outside, for example, to get to the pool, especially when they pay so much for the night

    7FaisalPosted on: 2-28-2025

    Good food options around.

Breakfast was basic. Room cleaning wasn’t great.

    9ElainePosted on: 2-20-2025

Large comfy room (mini-apartment style with sofa and kitchenette). Fantastic facilities in the complex including a leisure centre and spa, several restaurants and a whisky bar right off reception. Breakfast was excellent.

Service at breakfast was slow, particularly for tea/coffee which you need to order.
