Grand Royal Hotel

Breakfast was really good.

This hotel is so worn out and moldy. Double bed mattress so bedridden that feels like you are into hammock… The gym… everything is scattered and even not all machines are working.

Restaurant and the breakfast area were really nice!Pool was a great addition especially when you are traveling with a kid and the room was quite spacious.

I would have expected more for this price. On the pictures it seemed elegant and even luxurious, but the rooms were really outdated and the furniture didn't seem really clean.

Value for money hotel. Close to highway exit.

Breakfast is great. We also enjoy the pool, ping-pong table, and table tennis.The loactio is not far away from the center of the city, and it is easy to park.

The room is old and smells not good

A lovely hotel in a nice quiet location but close to the city. The pool was clean and the sauna also very comfortable. Highly recommended for the price and quality

Hotel needs to be renovated and rooms upgraded or deep cleaned.

Warm welcome at the reception. Restaurant staff (lady) was superb. Didn't disturb me, yet made sure I was checked on and looked after despite my late arrival.

Bed very uncomfortable. Thin mattresses and even thinner pillows. Shower cubicle rattled and was so small! Noise from corridor quite disturbingAnd with people coming and going it was difficult to fall asleep.

Very nice and helpful staff, smiling for the guest. Beautiful spa area outside the gym, but beautiful and large but the equipment there needs renovation.

i didn't like it at all... the place is equipt with full of old staff, and smells bad and cold, i have booked for 3 days but i just stayed 2 hours.

Pool and and location

The staff was decent and helpful and the place is comfortable but my room was A bit tiny and ,The ceiling of the room was very slanted, which could cause injuries to the guest, especially since the ceiling was slanted near the bed.

Great location next to the highway to quick resume travels. Staff were courteous. The room was quite large. Good gym and sauna/pool area. Restaurant served tasty food as well as a nice breakfast.

The shower was a bit small for a grown man and the spa robes were very little. The bed made a lot of noise whenever you moved. The sauna area does not have a connected locker room making it awkward for using the sauna and showering - trunks or swimsuit therefore are nearly required while using sauna which is not ideal.

Big rooms, tea facilities, very clean. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was indeed royal - a big variety of dishes, veru fresh.

The beds are pretty worn, with rather small duvets and very thin pillows (I am not a fan of large plump pillows normally, but even for me it was a bit too thin).

Perfect location when traveling by car. Good breakfast.

Breakfast and Facilities are great. I was surprised to find a ping pong table and a bilard table next to the gym. The staff was very helpful and nice. The restaurant serves amazing food.

It would be nice to have extra pair of towels for sauna/pool. We had to use the same towels all the time. The bed was very squeaky and it the mattress old. There was a characteristics spot on the bed from the weight of other people.
