personnel in a restaurant with no training at all - most of them don't know about basics. I received bill sooner than dish etc.

Great Thai cuisine. Spacious room. Good size pool.

The staff bit slow and unattenttive. No USB chargers available at reception. The bathroom door didn't close. The room card didn't work time and time again making the elevator trip impossible.

Nice SPA , great indoor park for the kids, and really good restaurant including an amazing breakfast! We have spent four fabulous days.

Temperature in the rooms is too hot, and it’s not possible to regulate it. Staff communication on the New Year’s Eve options was presented poorly without proper explanation on what options were feasible considering we have two kids, 6 and 3 years old .

It’s a paradise for families with children any age. We travel as a couple without children. Only swimming pool was overcrowded, full of happy children. The restaurant and the bar are great, foot and drinks. Breakfast is very good, big space with many tables. Variety of food is also amazing. Go to SPA, absolutely relaxing. The team of the hotel does their job great. Go there and enjoy!

Great playground for kids, they can easily spend few days there.

If there is music in the bar down - you can hear it very loud in the room and the staff can’t really help.Breakfast is a bit poor for 5*. Food options are limited, nothing else close by and the restaurant is a bit over priced with small portions.

Buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We had one evening meal on the day of our arrival and it was superb as was the service. Very friendly hotel, staff always smiling. Our room was amazing.

Few people speak english. Quite hard to ask anything to anyone..

Great location by the lake. Bar and restaurant on site. Swimming pool. Parking. Friendly staff. Wide choice at breakfast. Large, comfortable room.

- Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, a lot of choices with good quality and quantity- Very friendly and helpful staff- Spacious and clean room- Very good facilities for kids (especially Tiffilandia). Hotel is indeed very kid-oriented.- Tiffi Brasserie serves fantastic food (Italian food, Thai food, some Polish soups): very good quality & service

- Lack of A/C in Tiffilandia. Ventilator was not enough during hot days- SPA&Wellness zone is excellent for adults and kids who can swim, but I feel that one small pool for smaller kids is not enough

Location, facilities

For a 5* hotel there is more and more disappointment every year (this was our 3rd stay): quality of breakfeast gradually goes down, poorer selection of food, broken coffee machines, uncomfortable pillows, some staff nice some not so much, chaos at the bar, long wait for drinks, overcrowded spa facilities. Small things one may say but this is a 5* and cost per night over the May weekend was comparable with UK hotels!

Excellent pool but too cold!

Swimming pool, playground for children, good restaurant, impressive interior design, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub.

My stay was too short ?

Our daughter (5) liked it (we much less…); Kid indoor park, nice kid park personnel, No mosquitos (in July!), Spacious rooms, Good kids menu, Scales (waga) in the room (haha ;)

Breakfast - limited choice ; Swimming pool - small and dark, water with chlorine; Service average (with positive exceptions); Restaurant frustratingly expensive (but food was good); Hotel build in 2012 but design feels mid-90s; Fridge in our room didn’t cool ; Too small tea cups (150ml?); too cold in the lobby and restaurant; Ilawa is a rather ugly city with few attractions; The lake is murky; sauna very small

Very family friendly, very attentive staff, good food, good facilities. Quiet comfortable room.
