My dryer was not working Said to be repaired but Was still not working

Staff were super friendly and they even put flowers and chocolates in the room for Valentine's day. Breakfast was nice with lots of choice. The room was smallish but very clean and comfortable. There is parking (paid) under the hotel (make sure you reserve a space if arriving later in the day). It's a two minute walk direcly to the main beach and the pier with all its amusements and restaurants.

An excellent mid scale hotel. While the rooms are expectedly small, the bed is very comfortable with nice fluffy duvets, great pillows and nice towels. Didn’t try the breakfast, so no comments there.

The hotel is located right next to the beach and was very clean throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable, which made for great rest. We also appreciated the late check-out on New Year’s Eve without any extra costs.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The parking lot is very small, with not enough spaces for guests, and charging €45 per night for parking on top of an already €350 New Year’s Eve room rate feels excessive. There was no food available at all, not even snacks or room service, so we had to leave the hotel to find something to eat.Upon arrival, the only elevator was broken, and there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff. Overall, the staff felt very cold and overly procedural, doing only the bare minimum with no extra care for guests.Breakfast was decent with a good variety, but we were asked to come at a very specific time due to “lack of space,” even though the breakfast area was empty when we arrived.Finally, the rooms were cold with no proper heating; the only option provided was an electric heater, which is not acceptable given the high nightly rates.

We received several messages and forms from the hotel asking us to fill them out to speed up various processes, such as check-in and check-out. This was a little annoying.

The staff were helpful, the room was clean and the location for buses, trams and the beach excellent.

We could not fault the hotel, the only feedback would be to clarify with cleaning staff what you needed i.e don't want towels, sheets changed today but replacement tea and or water would be nice.

We had a wonderful stay,the hotel had everything we needed and more.The room was very comfortable,cozy and had a lovely design that made great use of the space.Minifridge,coffee machine,work desk,efficient AC,great quality bedding,all of it was spot-on value for money.The location is perfect,basically across the street from the beautiful beach,and 4 mins walk from a huge Pathe cinema and supermarkets.Breakfast was delicious with a varied choice for a 3* star hotel,couldn’t fault it.

The rooms vere clean, pretty and provided with shampoo and bodywash. The staff was great, very helpful and nice.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. They couldn't give me another room, no compensation.

The rooms are very well equipped. Steam room, coffee maker, decent beds and a partition for the extra bed in the triple room was welcome. Even two tvs (!). Excellent variety for breakfast.

I think the building is possibly quite old, but inside has been renovated recently. I thought it would be strange being on the (very) ground floor, but it was fine.

Room was clean and plenty of space.Our room actually had a little bit of a view of the ocean. It was fairly close to the beach and easy to walk to the beach and the shops/restaurants close by.

it is a nice trendy hotel, close to the beach with excellent parking and a great breakfast. Friendly staff, who were really accommodating. I enjoyed a carefree stay.

When I checked out of the hotel, the check-out time was 11:52 AM, and there was an employee who insisted that I pay a late fee of 30 Euros. I told her that I did not know that the check-out time was 11, and that I had not been in the room for an hour. The employee started raising her voice in an inappropriate manner and behaved inappropriately. If she came with kindness and goodness, then why the bad treatment?
