Lovely wellness area, very friendly receptioniste, nice hotel room and excellent breakfast

We had 2 nights here and loved it. Great location, perfect in the mornings for a walk on the beach and coffee at the surf shop. We had a large bedroom, large shower on the 4th floor. Huge comfortable bed! Very nice evening dinner at the hotel. Free hot chocolate in the afternoon at reception. Sauna and pool were nice. Super quiet at night, black out curtains and very friendly 24 hour reception staff.

Shame the sauna wasn't bigger - luckily in January it was quiet but I can imagine in the summer it would be very crowded. there could be a few more saunas. Also the swimming pool is very narrow - only 3-4 people can swim at a time. Pool was a bit cold!

Comfortable hotel with a view of the sea and the beach. Requires a bit of a walk to the nearest tram station, but there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. Comfortable facilities, great spa with massage options, sauna, and steam room, friendly and accommodating staff.

Sauna may get crowded at peak times (before dinner), so one needs to plan ahead. A reservation system to control the flow may be good. A bar providing cold beer after sauna would be even better ! :)

This place is probably great for summer, as we stayed here in winter. It has a beach promenade, although it would have been much better if the hotel was in the city center. Overall, it’s a nice spot for summer: the hotel has a good view of the sea, is situated on a higher floor, parking costs €26 per day and is close to the hotel. Our room had a nice view, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was very good and complete

The view was great as were the hotel amenities. We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. The room was so lovely and spacious with chairs by the window, to enjoy the view. It was so great that a bike rental was on the property!

There wasn’t a place to sit in the lobby that was free. It was all part of the restaurant so you had to order drinks if you wished to do that .

Breakfast was wonderful. Great location apart from the rest of the business. Great rooms and views.

The room was nicely decorated as we had requested for our anniversary.

We booked an XL room with sea view, but we got a free upgrade to the suite. The suite was absolutely amazing, the view was incredible, and we enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. I also recommend breakfast. We loved our stay here!

The property was located right on the beach, close to the boardwalk and pier. They rented bicycles as well.

The gym was a converted hotel room, small and stuffy.

Quite some works ongoing around the hotel when we stayed there. Good and clean rooms, top breakfast. A pity the sea views are blocked by printed dots on the glass. Good hotel

It’s so loud. Even in the night. Can’t turn off AC. Super thin walls. You can hear whirlpools all night. They are super loud. You can hear ships all night. The pool is tiny for the hotel there is always like 15 people in it and nobody can swim then. The room Sauna is tiny and barely reaches 70°. Its maintained badly. No sight protection.

The hotel has a lovely location. From the eighth floor, we saw Scheveningen Harbour and were rewarded with witnessing marine traffic. The view extended beyond Kijkduin and Europoort; the sunsets were magnificent. If you are fit enough to walk some distance, the area has good seafood restaurants.

This is not a place for guests who have difficulty walking. The hotel has no parking site, and public transport has forgotten this corner of The Hague. Every outing implies hundreds of meters of walking. This is OK in good weather, but it might be problematic in a storm. The closest place we could park our car was Q park, some distance away, for 20 Euros a day.

308 euros for one night is way too expensive for the quality of the hotel. The beds were really uncomfortable. And the room was smelly the moment we entered. It was cold during the night even with the room temperature activated to 23 degrees.We came to the diner area 1h before the kitchen was supposed to close and they wanted to deny us entrance. Only after complaining did we manage to have accessBreakfast is not included and cost 25 euros. We had a better breakfast outside for half the price. For the price of the night, the breakfast should be included. Only 2 elevators for the whole hotel. We had to take the stairs from the 9th floor almost all the time. The location is okay, but the windows design prevents you from enjoying the full view (colorful dots on the windows). In summary it's too expensive for the quality of services provided. I would not come back.

Loved the view from the bed, jacuzzi and around the hotel. The drinks were fun and priced well. The excersize room had a small but useful choices for working out.

Easy access, clean room

We paid for a Sea View room and the sea was visible only when we were standing by the window. The picture uploaded is the view from the bed. Also, sauna was too small and we had to wait half an hour to get in. It would be nice if they can build a bigger one.
