- Once we found it, the location.
Cons -
- awful experience with overflowing toilets, got new room only to have terrible plumbing in there as well, super loud screaming noises from plumbing everytime it was used, all controls were faulty, room was dirty and smelly¿place needs major renovation!!!
- please avoid if possible
- Overwhelming chemical air freshener smell. Took two hours to find it using two different map applications. Poor directions in write up. No fine print before purchase indicating there would be a 7am checkout. Ridiculous considering it was over $---.

Its the location which is convenient.
Bad lighting inside the room, no early check in. Very small for two individuals. Bad temperature control.
Room as always was clean and simple . However it smelled of urine .
Urine smell room 27
Super convenient place to crash for my overnight layover. Was also a quiet, efficient place to take some calls and do some work. WiFi was exceptionally good. Location next to food court was a big bonus. I'd happily live here.
The shower will flood the floor, no matter how hard you try to contain it.
They trick you!!! You cannot bring your suitcase they don t tell that before you booked!! For that reason i booked another hotel and i made double costs!!!
Very convenient for a tired traveler
I had bite marks all over my arms and legs the next day from the bed. Nasty
It¿s to small
The staffs are very welcoming
Rooms were smaller
Inside the airport
Upon arrival, although actually easy to locate finally, no one could give me directions (signs would help). Thankful for the customs agent who assisted me.
I only liked the fact that I found a bed to rest in horizontal position overnight, before a long flight.
First of all, it was really difficult to find the place. There were no signs or clear indicators until right by the escalator leading up to their door. Very few airport staff even knew what I was looking for, and many hadn’t heard of YotelAir at all. To get there, you have to go through airport security again, which means you can’t bring any checked luggage containing items that wouldn’t pass screening.Second, the facility itself feels quite outdated. My first impression was the old, worn carpet and the dark, narrow hallways. The room entrance door was heavy and awkward to open. The “room” itself was extremely small — more like a train cabin — with a very low bed and lighting that was hard to figure out. The bathroom was also cramped, and mine made a loud, unsettling noise every time I used the sink or shower. To make matters worse, the shower drain was clogged, and water ended up overflowing into the room.Overall, I found the experience disappointing and far below expectations for an airport hotel.
Location
Greeting manager was unfriendly. The “cabin” was dark, cramped and very difficult to find and operate all the controls. No overhead lighting. It was like a cross between a prison cell and a tiny hospital room. Never again!
Being located inside the airport
Difficult to find, the directions were poorly presented.
The location was good for an 18 hour layover.
The hallway floors creaked, the lighting was dim, and the shower was poor. At no point during the review of the booking was I informed that it was either a day or night shift, checkin not before 6PM and checkout no later than 7AM. So 13 hours for over 700PLN. Totally unacceptable! A full night at regular hotel was only a little more, had I know!
I loved the convenience of the location. It was the perfect spot to sleep and shower during my one night layover. The bed was comfortable, I loved the coziness of the space, and I felt safe in my pod.
The plumbing had air in it so it kept gulping (making loud slurping noises) throughout the night and scaring me. I also couldn’t figure out how to turn down the AC. There were instructions with up and down arrows, but the actual AC pad did not have any arrows.
What it was supposed to be and could have been
The fact everything was broken. The temperature can’t be changed and it’s like a hit closet. The staff was so annoyed, unhelpful, rude and condescending about things being broken as if I had personally ruined the hotel myself
Convenience
Cost was outrageous for only using 6 hours. Better to have a rate per hour. 252 euros is too much for 6 hours. Our plane didn’t arrive until 12:15 am and we had to be out of room by 7 am. Just enough time to catch a few hours of sleep and a shower. Other than cost I would use again for big layover.
Proximity to other Schiphol Airport facilities from within terminal of arrival; convenience for use during prolonged layover
Directions to the Yotel facility lacked what would have been helpful details (reassuring client that Yotel could be accessed ONLY after transiting through Passport Control; reassuring client that self-transit through Passport Control would NOT force exit from terminal or becoming stranded away from Yotel)
it was within the airport allowing me to get to departing plane in plenty of timebed not comfortable, comforter small, if I knew it was a 'pod', I most likely would not have stayed
weird noises when water was being used such as washing in sink, flushing toilets, taking shower, slept poorlycould not get in early & told had 7AM check-out
