Clean grounds, kind staff and tranquil environment.

Food was under whelming. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

I liked the warm pool and the breakfast.

I didnt like the fact that I waited for 50mints, in the cold, even after calling to the reception, we needed to wait for the sutle that brings us back to the hotel from the beach.The dinner buffet was very poor and the drinks werent included....A cocktail was 20e, was ridiculous expensive.And for the last I didnt like that the hair condicionar was empty, I called to the reception, asking for a new one, sinse I needed for the shower, only came 3h later.

The beautiful landscaping with so many blooming bushes, it all felt very cozy and private- the shuttle service to the beach was excellent too and the lounge chairs and umbrellas that were included.

This was a beautiful stay with excellent accommodation. Breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing. The facilities at the resort and beach were very good. Everything was well kept and staff were very personable. We loved it!

The bed was very bad. The bathrooms needs serious upgrade.The cleanliness was ok. The neighbors next to me was so loud, it was a huge problem.

The perfect family holiday, amazing property, gorgeous beach with guaranteed chairs, delicious food and awesome entertainment. The evening show this year was better than ever, I had to drag my son from the kids club every day he loved it so much. Can’t wait to come back!

The cleaning of the rooms could have had more attention to detail and they should be equipped with glasses, a wine opener, cutlery and a basic coffee maker or teapot.

Overall great stay at this hotel! The facilities are very good: pool, entertainment area and restaurants. Train to the beach every 15 minutes is very convenient and the sun beds and umbrella at the beach are included, which is great. The location is fantastic with a lot of incredible beaches nearby with calm transparent water.

A few things should be improved. The room is outdated (does not match the pictures on the Booking app) and has a very loud AC, which made it hard to sleep at times. The breakfast buffet could be better - the coffee is terrible and the juices are artificial. While the dinner buffet has great quality, the variety was limited and could use more options.

Fantastic place with fantastic people!The village is beautiful and very well maintained, the sea looks like deep blue-green jelly, and the food is delicious and abundant.What truly makes the difference, however, are the people: Penka and Šmaglio with their warm smiles and professionalism at every meal, and Alice who made us sweat (and smile!) with her fun fitness activities, always full of grace and energy.We also have to thank the head housekeeping lady, always kind and attentive, together with Mrs. Franca who even helped us look for my daughter’s necklace (later found at home!!). And of course Antonio, always cheerful and available, driving around with his golf cart.Everyone was simply amazing — we will definitely come back! Galassia&Anno

we LOVED our stay. Grounds are beautiful. Rooms are spacious & very comfortable.Restaurant was very helpful in providing delicious vegan options for us daily - Roberto, David, Maria & Andrea as well as the head chef were fab!Train to the beach is great. Pool is bliss.Towels included for beach & pool.The beach has chairs and umbrellas, food brought to you... clear water and golden sand .... amazing All staff were really friendly, special thanks to Elena for encouraging our children to try the kids club and always saying hello around the complex.Entertainment was fun, Gabrielle is a talent not to be missed on the guitar most evenings. Bar staff will make any cocktail!

Nothing was unenjoyable, we would visit again! It is a beautiful resort and everything is thought of and taken care with grace.minor suggestions for improvement -an indoor air conditioned family area for the hot afternoons or more shade generally at the pool.More games in the arcade.Parking was ... difficult... no thought from other cars blocking you in! but not really the hotel's fault and it was free/included which was great.More varied vegan options - especially puddings.

We loved everything about this hotel and enjoyed a super family holiday at Chia Laguna. We were upgraded to two connecting double rooms which provided us with loads of space. The cleaning team were superb. The swimming pool was immaculate and never too busy. The lifeguards always made sure the loungers were clean and the swimming pool area tidy. We used the 25m lap lane in the beach side swimming pool to train is during our stay and it was perfect for our requirements. The bars were very well stocked with both drinks, coffees and ice cream options. All the meals we enjoyed at the resort were delicious. A great variety of food and the outdoor BBQ each evening was a plus point for us. The boys enjoyed the football court and the arcade room. I enjoyed the boutique shop and having a pharmacy on site is always handy. The nearby beach offered beautiful sand and warm waters. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will return.

Location, staff, beach, pool area, kids club all amazing.

If you’re a meat eater then you’ll have a great stay. Lacked vegeterian options and fish options that didn’t include crustaceans.Room’s probably need insulation to drown out outdoor noise

We had a very pleasant stay at Chia Laguna. The reception staff were kind and helpful, and the little train to the beach was a great bonus. The beach was the most beautiful one we visited during our entire trip to Sardinia.

The staff attentiveness from Antonio and his colleagues who helped us with the luggage, Cátia, David and all the waiters in all of the restaurants were great and super helpful, to Giuseppe and the activity crew including the kid’sclub girls, all of them were amazing and made the whole experience even better. The hotel is a beauty and the beach wonderful. Hope we can go back.

The food was excellent. The pool perfect for our 4 yr old. The beach great although the shuttle service a little unpredictable. Entertainment in the evenings was superb with a great live band.

Our Superior Family Room was adequate but decor needed attention and the air conditioning didn’t work very well. The upstairs where our little boy slept was hot!

Over charging for drinks and water in the room, room cleaning could be better, entertainment was terrible, cleaners want to come too early , poor variety of food.

The resort was clean and housekeeping was amazing and left a happy anniversary note for us in our room.The food was good. However some staff are better than others Fabio went above and beyond when a different manager wasn’t willing to listen to my complaint that the meat (pork being served was all fat) Fabio listened and got the chef out to see what the staff were doing and then we had pork that was unfatty served to us. The staff were kind and helpful. The beach bar was amazing xx

- the location of the hotel is very nice, on a hill and only a few minutes to several beaches (u can walk, but for sure there is also a shuttle train from the hotel)- the rooms are well sized and we have had a small terrace and garden as well- there is a big frig in the room- the swimming pool is well sized- there are several tennis courts available- the beaches and the water at the seaside are totally beautiful (like in Kuba)- towels, umbrella and beach chairs from 3rd row onwards are included in the price and u don't need row 1 or 2- food is good in the restaurants within the resort- parking is for free- most of the staff is very friendly and helpful

- the food and drinks within the resort are expensive, also on the beach (if u order some pizza aso)- the introduction during check in was chaotic, we have been told, at which restaurant we have to take breakfast and dinner, but on the 4th day, the guys from the restaurant told us, that we shall change to another one aso- there are some staff members, who are not recognizing, who the customer is (but for sure the majoritiy is very friendly)- we have had several topics with the town change of the room, sometimes to less towels, after that asking for completing them, but getting them only on the next day afternoon.....- the football court was very often occupied and if not, we have been banned, because there have been 2 training sessions with some football youth teachers (yes, it is good to do something like this, but we also wanted to play a bit)
