Good location in a good neighborhood - provided you have a car. Easy parking on site. Comfortable rooms. We didn't have breakfast so I cant comment on those.

Very clean and newly renovated interiors.Parking on site. If it is full, there is more parking across the street.

Sound isolation was not great

Room was so nice and clean. Air conditioner is cool for hot summer nights. Great stay would recommend

The staff was friendly.

There were several centipedes in the room. One landed on my pillow in the middle of the night. Not cleaned adequately.

Location is great - lots of options for coffee and breakfast nearby. Walking trails accessible without a car. Dog friendly, though they'll ask for a €150 damage deposit in cash... Morning staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The surprise €150 damage deposit - no mention of that while booking through Booking.com - hmmm.

Close to the nightlife

Shower and washing basin not working well: water very hot or very cold; the tap mixer was not working.Apartment was not cleaned appropriately.

Location, breakfast, quiet

It was clean... quiet..comfortable...The staff was amazing

The beach was a little far.. but we learned to take the bus. VERY easy transportation...

Comfortable beds and pillows, comfortable furniture, very clean, personnel very helpful, all issues (if arise) resolved in an instant, super breakfast. Very good location.

Really new inside, having a lift to all floors and onsite parking was what I needed. The staff were super helpful and friendly!

The room was spacious, the staff did their best to help us have a lovely stay. The hotel also offers a lovely bar and an evening snack. Highly recommended and also very good breakfast The wifi was also good

Hotel should offer a shuttle to the centre of Cagliari as the area lacks restaurants in the vicinity. Otherwise it was a very good hotel.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and quick to help, especially Riccardo and Sylvia. Unfortunately I dont know the names of the all the staff, but they too were extremely helpful, be it at reception, housekeeping and at breakfast.

The position of the hotel could have been in a better area. It took too long to get out of Quarry Sant Elena

Staff, cleanliness, Rooms

Our room was on the seventh floor, offering a fantastic view. It was very clean and spacious. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bed linens provided each day. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, and if you rent a car, free parking is available.

The breakfast is good for the price, but you shouldn’t expect too much. The hot breakfast menu is quite limited.

Large comfy beds, with a view over Poetta beach. We arrived late at night and had no problem the the check in. The room was very quiet. Breakfast was not included but for an extra 8 euros per person we had an excellent breakfast with lots of choices.

24h reception, very polite staff

No aircondition, no capacity for parking, very old modish room decoration, very noisy at night

Been using these hotel for many years. Staff are great.. Nice clean rooms and just a walk to the sea side.

Riccardo Is phenomenal! He picked me up from the airport and was so lovely at check-in. I felt so welcome as a female solo traveller which is very important.

We had a wonderful room with a double bed, a single bed and a balcony, although I booked a room with 2 single beds (twin bedroom). Very spacious and convenient.

Breakfast was not bad but I must admit I expected more. Maybe because of the remodelling of the Hotel going on actually.
