    Pros +

    • It was great for a short vacation in early March! There weren't too many vacationers, but it wasn't too few. It was a great time to walk around quietly! The staff were friendly as always. It's almost exactly as you see in the picture, and it's spacious. Although it's not very close, there's a nice school campus that you can walk to, so it's great for a walk!
    • It was very close to the beach

    Cons -

    • No matter how hard I looked, I couldn't find a spoon or fork, and it would be nice if there were small towels that could be placed on the bathroom floor! The place I stayed in didn't have the curtains wide open to block out people passing by, so I had to keep them mostly closed, which was inconvenient and not very good. The double bed had a sunken center shade, and the shower water pressure was too weak. The second floor, where the bedroom and bathroom are located, has stairs, so it might be difficult for older people.
    • The apartment was very dirty, tufts of animal hair and dirt and sand and crumbs in the living room and kitchen. Our 9 month old was filthy after crawling around. The communication between guests and staff was poor. We had to drive to another property to use the pool and the next day we were denied entry because the original pool was available. It was a hassle and not very relaxing with small children in tow.
    • It was declared and priced as “super luxury”. The house we received did have sauna and sunshower but in terms of interior decoration and furniture was awful. Fabric on sofa and chairs was ripped and it had no sort of luxury feeling to it. I do not understand the difference in price compared to “luxury” or “comfort” accommodation.

Location was great. Lovely green and spacious park with 15 minute walk to the beach.Kitchen, Bedrooms and bathrooms were to a good standard.

Sofas and chairs totally worn out with bits peeling off, rug threadbare and filthy - this house was supposedly “luxury”. Sunroof of patio dirty and badly maintained, the house needs repainting on the outside. Gives an uncared for impression.

The location is great for being close to the beach. The site is well looked after and has good facilities for the kids including a play area and a salt water swimming pool. The house is quite spacious and has a good dining/socialising space.

The main complaint is that the house was not clean on arrival - previous guests’ rubbish was left outside, surfaces needed a wipe down and floors a vacuum. Almost looked like the cleaning team skipped the house. There are also some questionable design choices - one electric socket per bedroom so if you and your partner need to charge phones overnight you will fight for it (its also located next to the door, not the bed). The upstairs area has four bedrooms but only one toilet and one separate shower room. We were not at full capacity but if you are its a recipe for a traffic jam in the morning. There are also no consumables provided at all - not even the washing up liquid. I understand the on site shop needs to maintain margins but at about 500 euro a night some basics can be included. The worst surprise was paying for a bedlinen package (its also not included in base price but not unusual for holiday villages) and discovering it didn't include towels. That is unusual in my experience.
