    Cons -

    • The breakfast could be a little less expensive It would be nice to have buffet also for lunch and dinner At the restaurant there were some small flies flying around, kind of annoying
    • The rooms are very old, lack of manutention, u can hear everything from people who cross on the hall ways, the dinner was good but the amount of time we wait was crazy, the prices for dinner are not expensive for the quality in itself but the amount of food per dish Cant even satisfy a 5 y old child, clearly they need more staff in the restaurant cause the guy who was working was clearly in need of help, they were like 4 persons for a huge room with like 100 persons, he did a great job but literally more staff is necessary for busy days like valentines was.
    • Bathroom too dark, without light switch. You have to turn full lights on to ignite the bathroom light, not funny in the middle of the night. The hotelroom doors are equipped with old fashioned spring hinges that close the doors automatically with a truly ENORMOUS NOISE. We experienced this noise about 30 times in the night, meaning we did not sleep for hours. Terrible! Especially since we had a hospital appointment in the morning.Upon arrival we could not get a meal in the restaurant, because there was too much personel on sick leave. Only snacks available. Glass of Chardonnay only bottom full. We could not dine elsewhere due to a severe snow storm.

Beautiful surroundings, very high standard accommodation, excellent breakfast and helpful staff. A great improvement from our last stay three years ago. Pleased to see a kettle and coffee maker in the room now.

Comfy beds and pillows, coffee and tea in the room, nice shower and great view form the roomThe hotel has a restaurant with a panoramic view, nice food, excellent breakfast choices. There's a bus that goes to the centre, departing very close by the hotel

We only stayed for one night, but I would absolutely recommend it. The interior of the hotel has been renovated and looks fresh and modern throughout. It also has a very good breakfast and free outdoor parking, which is a big plus.

One small detail: the bathroom light worked with a motion sensor and turned off after about two minutes. Luckily, the mirror had its own light, so you don’t end up in the dark while showering!

    Cosy clean room

Older building but rooms are nice

The room was excellent, very clean and the location was ideal. Concerning breakfast, there were many different choices that could satisfy everyone. The overall experience was really nice, with very friendly staff, assisting on everything we required. Pricewise, it is a real value for money.

The property was fine but the receptionist man was rude like we were inconveniencing him. He told us we couldn’t eat because the restaurant was fully booked. We walked in to the restaurant and were seated and fed without a problem. The restaurant never even got half full.

Rude male staff member at reception

Room was large and clean.Pool was a little small but very clean and that made up for it.

    Lack of fitness room

Nice welcome and smiling employee at the reception

I specifically booked a hotel with a restaurant knowing that I needed to have dinner when arriving. But despite arriving at 6.30PM i could not get any food. The restaurant was full and they did not offer to serve food at the room.Room was not clean - some drilling had been done and the dust was left on the floor. A mirror was so dusty I could draw figures in the dust…Bed was extremely soft. I acknowledge that this is very much a personal preference, however, such a soft mattress, will suit only a small percentage of the guests (people who weight maximum 50-55kg). Being a man measuring 185cm and 85kg, the overly soft mattress was uncomfortable.Forget to wash your hair, only body wash is supplied.

    Nice location

Very disappointed with the pool, private groups using the pool till 7pm and unable to use.only booked this hotel for the pool but after tea and a couple of drinks it was too late to swim.wouldnt come here again for this reason,if you advertise a pool it should be available.

The location and food was amazing. Especially it being in nature.

Most rooms had only double single bed option which I found weird. The bed was comfortable but wanted a double bed/queen size.

We always enjoy the location and amenities - and the hotel is a good price.

Had an issue at check in. Had to speak with another person to get the staff from "no" into "how can we solve this".

My third time in this hotel due to the location close to Nijmegen, beautiful surroundings for walks and close proximity to the bus stop. Lunch at restaurant was delicious but restaurant was closed for dinner so I had to walk 35 mins to and back from Fletcher Erica hotel just to have dinner. I stayed before at Erica hotel and was very happy especially but it is further from bus stop than Val Monte.

Every time I stay in this hotel, there is an issue with cleanliness that I report to reception but the situation does not improve. This time the kettle was not washed at all after previous guest looks like he cooked coffee in the kettle. There was no tea or sugar in the room. After a long day I arrived at dinner time to be told that restaurant was closed, so I had to walk 35 mins to and back from Fletcher Erica hotel just to have dinner. I stayed before at Erica hotel and very happy. On my return I couldn't even have a tea as kettle was so dirty. There is no small light in the room so you either have to have the big light on or be in complete darkness.

    The location is very beautiful.

The hotel looks a bit like an old retirement home.My room didn’t even have a little table next to the bed, and i had to leave my things on the floor. This is very uncomfortable, and gives a very low standard feeling.I never stayed in a hotel where something that basic is missing.I went twice to reception to ask if they could find one and put it un my room, they didn’t seem interested at all in doing this and told me simply that the single rooms don’t have a bedside table.I was very disappointed and surprised with their reaction, and lack of willingness to help a guests with a request.

The surrounding area is very beautiful.Hotel is nice and clean.Breakfast was great!!

There was no fan or AC, so it was quite warm inside, unless we left de balcony door open all night. It missed the comfy feeling of a smaller family hotel. It was quite sterile.
