Tasty breakfast, clean room, good location, big parking across the street.

Poor soundproofing, live music nights late at night, which makes it difficult to sleep. Poor air conditioning, even after leaving it on overnight it still hot. No duvet cover, just a flat sheet. The shower head was broken. Overall, rooms need renovation.

Great staff, location, price and bike locker room. Live music every evening, amazing food spread (get both meals each day, trust me). Self service and full service laundry, affordable bar with daily happy hour.

The AC did a very poor job cooling the room, caution during hot summer months. The water temp for the showers would oscillate from cool to scald randomly without touching anything.

Location is good: many restaurants around, close to a nice beach. There¿s live music every day.

Breakfast and rooms very cheap quality. Shower oscillates from cold to scolding every 10 seconds, no matter how you set it. Had to change rooms because would always hit my head at the bathroom door (I¿m 6¿2¿/189cm). Doors slamming until 2am and 6am on.

The location and the very friendly staff gave the impression that it would be a pleasant stay.

It was over 26ºC in the room, and after reporting at the hotel lobby that the air conditioning wasn’t working, I was told that someone would be sent to check the situation. Two minutes later, there was a knock at the door, and the person confirmed that the AC was indeed not functioning. They had brought a small fan with them.I said I wouldn't accept that as a solution and went down to reception, where I was told that was all they could do since, being 10 p.m., no maintenance technician was available. While I understood that it might be difficult to get technical support at that hour, I did not find it acceptable that the solution offered by a supposed 4-star hotel was a small fan.Had they never heard of portable AC units? Especially in a hotel with so many complaints about malfunctioning air conditioning?They then offered me the courtesy room for the night, which I accepted. However, as soon as I entered that room, I realized I couldn’t stay there due to the overwhelming and absurd smell of mold — the strongest I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. That room clearly hadn’t been aired out or cleaned in a long time.In the end, I went back to the original room and managed to fix the issue myself by adjusting the window lock sensor. Only then was I able to sleep there.Nothing about this experience aligns with what one would expect from a 4-star hotel.

I booked here mainly for the local, plentiful free parking for my hire car and to provide a base for my daily exploring drives around the north of the island. The Adults Only badging was attractive because it promised peace and quiet, which is what I found. There was no 'bombing' in the swimming pool nor 'entertainment time' for kiddies.Breakast and Dinner buffets were excellent. Room facilities very good. No balcony, but I didn't plan to spend much time in my room. Staff helpful, English-speaking like most people in shops and bars in Mallorca although I'm comfortable with Spanish. Beach and restaurants a short walk away. I would stay there again.

Great location in the port town with the town parking lot across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful as well when we needed to extend our stay by one night. The value was great as it was inexpensive but one of the best locations in town.

The bed was uncomfortable and sadly didn’t have a good nights sleep, the air on in the room didn’t work and the sunbeds were so uncomfortable unless they were the new ones by the smaller pool in the shade

Second stay at this cozy wonderful hotel! It feels like home. Book it! Promise you won’t be disappointed. Rooms, comfort, cleanliness, location, drinks, pool, inclusive breakfast buffet - superb! Super quiet at night so ensures a deep sleep!

I had an unpleasant conversation with the facility manager, while leaving the restaurant with a small sweet roll in my hand, which is not allowed. She informed me that I could not take anything out of the restaurant, I understood that. My mistake because I didn’t notice this information and I saw that the others were taking fruit etc. with them, which the manger commented that „people are like children, you don’t have to be one of them” which is out of place and disrespectful. You can reprimend someone but you can do it culturally. I would advise the lady to treat guests with more respect. Very disappointing behavior.

Good breakfast, good swimming pool, enough sun beds near the pool, good air conditioning, daily room services, good location near bus stop and a free parking location.

A little outdated and a refreshing of walls, rooms would be lovely.

I have to say one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.From food,to facilities and staff everything was smooth and amazing.The food was great every day,plenty of choices and staff always there to help you with anything you need.I would definitely recommend it !
