Great location and sunsets, breakfast buffet excellent and staff very friendly.

Suite was fairly small and not much privacy on lanai. Not great if there a smokers under or beside you.

Attentive staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Great dinner options in the hotel restaurant. Room was spacious and with nice view. Very affordable for 5 star hotel. We also liked the evening show. Free parking in nearby parking lot.

The beach is small and with piles of seaweed. It is surprisingly cumbersome to get to your room as hotel designs is not intuitive. Sauna is pleasant but does not have sufficient capacity for hotel size. Cooling pool would be great. You need a car.

The view from the nice sized balcony was amazing with the beach a stones throw away. Everything was very convenient! I also got a massage, which was one of the best of my life!

The rooms were quite small, but the balcony made up for it and they were quite comfortable. Not a lot of space if any to store your toiletries.

Amazing location and fantastic staff. Loved it and will be back. The views of the ocean from the balcony are lovely and sound of the ocean with the welcome Cava was perfect.

Staff were friendly and helpful! General areas, room and pool area were spotless and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner was exceptional - food delicious. Location was great, well away from the touristy areas of the island.

Pool temperatures were cooler than I’d have liked. The fitness center needs some attention. Many times there was no cups for the water cooler of hand towels. Facility could use a few more exercise mats and a foam roller.

Property itself is not a five star standard but not bad

The hotel is perfectly located, a stones throw from the water (if that’s what you are looking for). The exterior is pleasing, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful, with an option to sit on the terrace with beautiful views.

For being a five-star hotel, the elevators were a bit wonky… Two separate tiny elevators serving the whole hotel, and each had to be called with a separate button. Plus, there was no good staircase alternative. The only available staircase went through the laundry room, and the working/dirty facilities of the hotel that is best for guests to not see ;-)Additionally, the quality of the towels did not match that of a nice hotel. And the bathroom amenities, where of bare minimum, for example only a body wash to be used as shampoo and body soap, no conditioner, no body/hand cream and no extras like cotton and Q-tips.

We didn't like the music every night and on reflection, we should have checked this before booking. It is not our thing. Also, if you want peace and quiet you are somewhat at the mercy of who is around you. Chairs being dragged above your head are not conducive to sleep.

Thank you for the upgrade room. So happy to have breakfast and dinner included since we were so far away from Palma or porto Cristo. Pool was wonderful. Staff were so friendly and kind. Entertainment was fun. Fun on the beach too.

Hotel is new and clean. Best hair dryer ever, so strong, amazing view on the sea and mountains, just breathtaking. Food is delicious, staff is friendly, good cocktails. They even offered a spare room to take a shower after we checked out, because our flight was later than check out time.

Everything was great. Was a bit pricey, but it’s a good 5 start hotel; so I’m not surprised.

This hotel is nicely located just in front of the beach and sea (cala), so you we enjoyed the beautiful views all the time. The breakfasts and buffet dinners were outstanding, the food variety and taste is great, it's worth paying for the half board. We also liked the huge variety of fresh fruits and cheese sorts. Also we could always find a table for dinner on the outside terrace with a stunning sea view. And the waiters were handling guests like in a Michelin star reataurant, gracias! The room is spacious and has all you need including a balcony to sit nicely outside in the evening and chill out listening to live music which was there every evening. All the staff members were very attentive and helpful, especially with parking our car. It's also worth mentioning that you don't need to go to the beach and pay for the sunbeds. You can stay by the pool instead and go swim in the sea right from there as it's just 20 meters away thanks to the perfect hotel's location.

For a 5-star hotel some bed and bath amentities could be more premium, like the bed linen and bathroom essentials (shower gel, shampoo etc). Also when you come to the room right after cleaning you would smell chlorine. So it's worth changing the cleaning liquids to a less aggressive formula with a neutral smell. But again given all the pisitive moments these little things don't really matter given that this stay was such a great value for money.

We booked this hotel because it consistently receives positive feedback from customers and has a great location. We can say, with certainty, that this hotel overly exceeded our high expectations. As soon as you arrive, you are blown away by the beautiful scenery. The view from the room is just out of this world. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Nuno was very attentive.

Jaume and Angelo made our experiences very enjoyable. The property is ideally located. Quiet and classy.

Great location next to a nice beach.

Damp smell in room

The location is unbelievable! We loved the view and the pool being so easy to access. The food at the pool was also delicious. The staff at breakfast remembers your name and details about you, while we thought was kind.

Honestly, I didn’t love that they had live music almost every night right outside our bedroom. Maybe because we like to go to sleep pretty early with our kids, but it wasn’t for us.

This may be the nicest hotel we have stayed in across Europe. The staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are clean with an incredible view. The bathrooms are beautiful. The breakfast is amazing. It has it all!

Nothing. This property is amazing! I just wanted to stay longer.
