Requested a balcony but were put in room without one disappointing

Mattresses were tired Do not recommend the dinner meal package..been in Spain for 4.2 weeks…by far the most expensive and least desirable meal on trip

A very pretty location with smart public areas within the hotel.Breakfast and the quality of food was very good.The staff were always accommodating and helpful.

The sea view room was over £700 per night and was a huge disappointment to us. The sea view was partially hidden by a large tree. The hotel offered a couple of alternatives but the rooms were even smaller.For that price it was very small and cramped. About 20m2Taxi services provided were totally unreliable.It was about 1.4km from any alternative places to dineThere were not enough sun loungers and space was very crampedMy wife commented that she was closer to complete strangers on a sun lounger than she was to me in bed!

Excellent breakfast, view out of the window, good service, helpful and welcoming staff, tennis court and access to the beach. The hotel arranged flamenco guitar and dancers one night and a classic guitar concert the other, which was something really special and enjoyable.

Small room (29), uncomfortable mattress, lack of free water every day, soundproofing leaves much to be desired, and sun-beds are hard to find after 9 am, there are too few of them if the hotel if full, like it was in August. The price was way too high for this type of accommodation but overall we enjoyed it very much.

Great location and staff. Restaurants are good. Super competitive to get towels and chairs at pools or sea front.

Could have more included onsite amenities- ie paddle boards, kayaks etc.

The Illa D’Or is a special place. The location is stunning, and the staff were great. Our only complaint was an ant problem in our room that they couldn’t get under control.

This hotel is top-notch for this price point. The room itself was not luxurious, but probably about three or four stars, but for this price point it is appropriate. Overall, the facility is excellent, with a great breakfast buffet, very high level of staff engagement and responsiveness as well.

Longer open hours for the spa (sauna and pool). These close at 1900 H, and are not directly staffed. Only card access. So it just doesn’t make sense for it to be shut down at this relatively early hour.

This is in an amazing location where you can swim, walk along the pines or relax and look out over the marina. The hotel is very elegant but still has a relaxed atmosphere and the staff are very attentive. We were upgraded to a sea view room which was lovely. We hired a car and explored Cap Formentor from the hotel but could also walk directly to the remote beach Cala Boquer which was gorgeous. Breakfast was excellent.

The room and bathroom wasn't very big but was fine for our 3 day stay.

The location is stunning.The staff team is attentive - really wonderful, especially Maria Jose in the Terrace restaurant.Always such a lady.❤️Breakfast was perfect: delicious, plenty of variety. Monica is an excellent cook at the breakfast station.Our son really enjoyed the gym & sauna. We all enjoyed the indoor pool and then totally relaxed outside at the sea / water side beds area.

It was chilly the first couple of evenings and I couldn’t get the heating to work.Sound proofing was poor. The sound traveled with the hard floors.

Breakfast was heaven. We loved the sea being so close and you could hear it lapping away during breakfast. Dinner was plentiful- we didn't realise you could swap it for the outside Terrasa restaurant if you wished. Beet was good! Mattresses were lovely- excellent sleep. Braun hairdryer supplied- maybe not top range but did the job. Spa pool was fun. V helpful mini mirror in our bathroom which was excellent for shaving etc.We had cloudy but warm weather and swam in the sea most days- I wore wetsuit boots and gloves plus rash vest/shorts and was v comfortable. My family just wore normal swim gear and were fine. April weather so in the day shorts /light jumper worked well and in the evening skinny jeans/jersey jacket/blouse or top. For exercise shorts/vest top. Long leg pj bottoms (lighter weight) plus t short worked well (light duvets on bed).

Nothing really. Staff were delightful. We even got a mini breakfast because we were leaving early.

We had an amazing break at the Illa d’Or. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful and we were upgraded to an apartment which made it so comfortable. The setting is stunning in a quiet area or port de Pollenca. Would highly recommend!

The BEST hotel in Puerto Pollensa at the quieter end of the bay, away from the hustle and bustle, great location, lovely food and fantastic staff.

This was the nicest hotel in the nicest town in Mallorca. Everything was sparkling clean and well designed. I appreciated the great bathroom with both a big shower and a wonderful bathtub. The room was spacious and well appointed. It even had a mini frig and cutting board to make snacks in the room. It had a balcony off of both the main room and the bedroom with a view of the beautiful pool area. The enormous, picturesque sand beach was just through the lobby with many restaurants and shops a short walk away.

Fabulous breakfast - huge choice. Exceptional customer service from all staff. The location was amazing, can't be beaten. The apartments were great for a family stay with a huge pool and plenty of sun loungers / days beds.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Room was large and very clean. The bathroom was great with a large shower and great water pressure. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. All the facilities were very clean.

The walls were a little thin, and the location was about a 15-minute walk to restaurants in Port Pollenca. Not a huge deal though.
