The beach is a 10/10. Hotel is brand new so everything is beautifully appointed and decorated with fluffy towels, gorgeous pool loungers, tastefully decorated etc. The buffet inc. breakfast was a solid 8.5/10. Hotel employee was amazing to us and our kids.

The backrooms still have the old chipped tiles, the front block is upgraded. Not enough places to hang the towels, service at the pool needs to be better , breakfast staff need to improve and remember our room not asking 10 times, pool closes too early

Good location, clean beach, great size rooms, good food, nice pool, overall pretty good hotel but not 5 stars and the price is excessive

The room advertised as pool view was in reality facing the parking with loud trash collecting early on. Management was pretty indifferent blaming the problem on booking. com Some towels are stained and old. Also I was charged for the minibar I've never used (refunded after contacting my credit card company and disputing the case)

Great location, good food, clean rooms.

Without question the staff, excellent, polite, helpful, nothing ever a problem, couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable and well equipped, clean too!! Views from the balcony were excellent.The pool was lovely, loads of sun beds and free towels, the beach literally feet away and well stocked with parasols and beds, the sea like a bath!Breakfast was incredible, just loads of quality well prepared food, more than anyone could eat.

The star rating…..if it wasn’t for the staff, location/pool/beach it’d struggle to achieve 4 Stars .The star rating is without question on the optimistic side. The hotel does fall short purely on the tired aged decor, the whole building, gardens, pool area and reception in desperate need of a good makeover.I’ll be honest that the cost to stay there is far from cheap, four nights cost £3000, so the expectation is always going to be high based upon price. It’s the detail that’s missing, and it shows.I’d happily stay there again but I do think it’s over priced, I stayed in Barcelona in a 4 Star hotel recently and it was noticeably different, same price but the levels of comfort and quality on different parallels. I’ve been honest in my summary as that what’s been asked of me, it was good and my wife and I had a great time but I know when talking to others in the hotel they all said the same…..needs a makeover and the cost must reflect comfort and finish.

The food quality was very good. The beach was very near to the hotel, the only thing is that the sun beds in the beach were not of the hotel, so you had to pay for extra for them. The bed was very comfortable, the room was OK.

The overall experience was OK, but I think that the money for the value was a bit too much. That is because we had to travel a long way to go to this hotel.

Very good food, we enjoyed HB, plenty of variety, dinners differ from day to day. Nice beach - during the week we enjoyed from still sea to very good waves, sea has very slight descent, nice for children. Hotel looks big and spacious. a lot of green trees around. Place is quite calm and relaxing.

This was definitely not a five star hotel. Tim was very helpful and tried to make us feel comfortable, but unfortunately he couldn’t magically transform the condition of the hotel.

It was 100% waste of money. We did not have a good time. We stayed 6 nights and never slept since the walls were not soundproof. Bedsheets were dirty, the plates for the breakfast were full of stains, the room was full of mold, a good renovation will improve status of the hotel in the future.

The location is brilliant just right on the beach with the most stunning blue water!! The room was very comfortable with good working aircon which was definitely needed in July! The pool area was very busy in July which is expected so it can be hard to find a sun lounger. The breakfast was great with lots of options.Free parking. Overall a fantastic stay!

Could have been cleaner as rooms were dirty in places. No excuses for not cleaning properly especially at the price.

It is an amazing hotel! Every evening there were wonderful concerts (live music or even dancing), the territory is very big and beautiful, the swimming pool is very nice, the hotel is just on the beach, from the swimming pool about 50 m. The beach is very big, very beautiful. The sea was the main point of our rest. We were very worried about the temperature of the water, transparence and so on before coming to the hotel. But it wasn't so as we thought. The water was very warm and transparent, small waves, which was very nice. The rooms were fantastic. Very big and light, sofas, TVs, beautiful beds and a large balcony with chairs, tables and lots of space. Food was the best we have tried ever. Lots of things for choosing, fish, meat, lots of salads, deserts, drinks and even ice-cream. The territory is also very green. Trees and plants decorate the hotel and make it really alive. In addition, I want to pay attention to workers of the hotel. The smile on their face, kindness, care and help, politeness. Our rest in the hotel was the best ever! We will obviously come to this hotel and place again)

Amazing lication, beautiful beach. Not such a huge crowded hotel. Very friendly stuff. Amazing food. Not a huge buffet but all you need in a great quality. Dinners were amazing , lot of local food. And also kids club was nice, with program for kids.

Needs some renovation. But price vs location was apropriette.

not 5 stars at allplastic floor in the bathroomold worn doorsvery soft little beds (at our request, they changed the room to a bigger bed the next day)you can hear every word and movement of the neighbor :(Our rooms were in block 4 (suite sea side view type) directly above the rubbish bin, constant noise from 6 am, garbage trucks coming and goingearly check-in and late check-out were extra options for the reservation, I indicated every day that I wanted to use it on the day of departure, they promised that they would do everything, but in the end I didn't get itOverall, a huge disappointment, I would have expected much better for the money

would recommend this hotel to everyone. Couples, singles families. What incredible comfortable beds, its very rare to find such a comfortable beds. What a beach, just spectacular. Breakfast very nice as well, many choice, and SPA messages treatment were amazing. All stuff such a nice people. Thank you

Everything was very good, I would say excellent

Although we had 2 rooms for 3 nights, I asked for a late check out in one of the rooms ont he departure day, the manager in charge refused to allow even one hour extension which is abnormal. I have been always getting at least one hour or two for late check out. I found his reaction of abnormal and need to be addressed and investigated internally. This is not acceptable.
