Good sized clean room in a central location

the room is above a street with two bars that stayed open every night until 4.30am for 5 nights in a row. As a result I didn't get much sleep and would never go back to this hotel

Lovely double room with small balcony right in the centre of port de pollensa. Comfy beds with clean bed linen. Lovely bathroom with high end toiletries supplied.

Parking close to the hotel is challenging, even stopping to drop off the bags is challenging

Everything was simple, easy and clean. Staff are lovely too. Loved the rooftop terrace! Room 302 was great. Views of the mountains, sea and the street/bars below so great for people watching (which I love to do haha). I visited for diving with Scuba Majorca which was epic and only a 5 minute walk away. Perfecto!

There are bars out on the street which are loud but you’ll get that anywhere if you stay around here so not really an issue with this hotel specifically. I read about it beforehand and packed ear plugs!

Great value interior room for one night, friendly staff and decent continental breakfast. Everything was clean and comfortable. Roof terrace with unheated jacuzzi is a real bonus when you don't have a view from the room.

View from the room wasn't great and I would hesitate to book for more than a night but it suited my needs for the price. Water in the sink drains very slowly too.

No hot food for breakfast only croissants. When a man like me needs sausage and fees

One and only issue - no soundproofing which makes it a bit noisy from the nearby bars but also the neighbouring rooms.

This was our third time visiting this hotel. Fantastic location, fantastic staff, well maintained room.

The only thing I would suggest is to add more stuff to breakfast buffet, eg. cucumber, more fresh fruits, vegetarian options.

This was our 3rd stay to Marcalma and booked again for May.Hotel is lovely and exceptionally clean.It is in a great location near all the restaurants and close to seafront. The standout for us though are the staff who are amazing and very helpful and friendly.

Great location, just off the square and one street from the front. There's a good selection of shops and restaurants close by and the marina is a 2 minute stroll as is the pine walk. The rooms are easily accessed by lift and the whole place is kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast is in the bar area with a range of continental options from croissants to cheeses and cereal. At €9, you could probably get a better selection nearby, especially if you prefer your breakfast cooked.

We stayed in the terrace room on the roof. The room itself is comfortable and has air conditioning and a nice bathroom. The terrace outside has a day bed that is comfortable but my issue is with privacy for this particular room. There are just 2 fabric screens and some flower pots separating this private area from the jacuzzi and seating area shared with other guests, which meant there is no privacy for the room if other guests are sunbathing etc as they are literally outside the door. I suggest something more structured like a fence or wall as the fabric screens are inadequate and meant anyone using the terrace could access the room if they wanted as the flower pots could easily be stepped over. This is particularly bad from a security perspective and should be reviewed. Overall a nice, little hotel with a good ambience and great location spoiled only by the lack of privacy on the terrace.

Central to the market square for evening time/bus station/taxis & sea front.

Bedroom opposite very noisy bar. Very noisy until very late into the night! Also, had to keep curtains closed whilst getting changed. Shower over the bath not a success - Always flooding with water onto the floor! Breakfast area cramped. Coffee/tea machine too small - it couldn’t keep up with demand.

The receptionist Marie was superb, really friendly & helpful, highly recommend the place!! We were on 2nd floor corner room, a room with a view 204!

Nothing, a great price , sat out on the balcony each evening , the only thing we missed was a small table to put bits on !
