Pros +
- A good AC, convenient location, and our host  was so wonderfully sweet!
Cons -
- The view from the balcony looks into an alley with some trees and adjacent hotel which plays very loud music till about 11pm. It didn¿t particularly bother us, but a family with kids sleeping earlier might have issues.
