Second visit to this hotel best all inclusive option out of any we stayed.back again in May Perfect location Spotlessly clean lovely staff. Can't fault it.

Only caterers for Spanish & German speaking in April.

I have never slept in such a small hotel room in my life. But this wasn't even the worst thing. The mattress is sooo bad! There is no firmness, our body aches from lack of support, sagging.

The hotel was very well situated, near the beach and the lively part of Alcudia. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfy. Breakfast options were varied and actually good, we enjoyed eating there every morning. There were animations but we didn't have time to check them, but it seemed fun for families and elderly.

No parking, which is a shame for such a great hotel. Small pool.

Very well located, good value for money and had a very nice breakfast included!Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Alcudia.Close to the beachfront, with access to a lot of restaurants.

Didn't have the kettle in the room Mattress is a little bit too soft for me

Location was great. Parking in the area is not good. I was not travelling in high season and I had to look for parking every day from the area. Guests in the hotel seemed to be more friendlier than the staff ☺️ The time I was travelling it was full with elderly Spanish and German groups.

Rooms feel a bit like being in a cruise ship. A bit small and you can hear all the noises from next door. Beds were way too soft for me. Coffee in the breakfast was not drinkable ?

Very friendly and efficient staff. Room and bed very comfortable and hotel is in a great location. Close to the beach and a nice relaxing stroll to the port. Would stay here again

Most of the bars & restaurants in the area were closed but it was the time of year. It would be a lot different when the holiday season starts

Room phone didn’t work, have to go to reception multiple times to ask for same amenities.

The balcony was great with a nice view on the hotel pool. You are at only a few minutes walk to the main beach and every restaurant you could think of. There are also grocery stores a bit further. It is easy to find parking in the streets near the hotel and it is free.The staff was very nice, always there to answer questions. The breakfast and dinner buffet was very affordable (20 euros I believe) and I thought had a lot of variety.It feels like being on a resort which I was not expected ! It is also a family friendly place.

-The 3 persons apartment does not have the balcony, there is no place to get the wet cloths, swimsuits, etc dry. This is a big problem for the 3 persons family with a kid. Plus the booking information indicates the photos with the balcony. -The reception has no solution suggested for this situation. Honestly, first time in a case with a room without a balcony on a sea. -Small swim pools on a territory-Check in at 11am, nevertheless the booking shows 11pm

The hotel as a whole was really clean and really modern inside with a lovely pool and sunbathing area. The breakfast was great with lots of options. It was the same most days we were there but we were more than happy with it.

The rooms were small so wouldn’t great if you intend to stay in the hotel for most of the time, but we weren’t so it didn’t matter too much to us. The entertainment was terrible but it was actually quite funny how bad it was. I had my 8 year old son with me and he through it was quite funny as well, so we enjoyed it for what it was.

The buffet meals were very good and convenient for kids and we really liked the service and food. There is a nice poolside in the hotel, with the pool also being nice for kids. The location is really great, just one block from the beach. Around the hotel is an area with little shops and some restaurants and it is located a 2km walk on the seaside from the port alcudia, which is also a great area to visit. The seawalk is great for running/walking and

We liked our stay, but what comes to mind was that the animacion was a little late (21h30 start, approx. 22h45 finish) which made falling asleep early tricky.

I loved the staff, the food and also the location, it was close to the beach and car rental. The hotel was really clean and cozy and the AC worked good. The hotel has a tiny pool for toddlers and kids.

There was only one swimming pool for adults and it was really small. The solarium area is not big enough and it's hard to find a spot to lay.
