The room was very comfortable and worked well for the 3 of us.

This was not a 4 star hotel compared to other 4 star hotels we stayed in Spain. There is not room cleaning everyday of the week. The coffee pods for the nespresso machine are only for the first day. They do not replenish them and you have to buy them.

Location

They were exceptional about charging for every little thing. Towels. Water at the overpriced dinner. We had paid for a breakfast and couldn't go because of an excursion excursion. Wouldn't help with credit for dinner. No gave us two cold sandwiches.

Friendly staff making everything easy. Rooms are big with balcony to enjoy your breakfast or dinner if weather was fine (we were in May when it was still more on chilly side and certainly not hot). Location was great for our needs (exploring island on bike and with car), and even if you want to get to center of city it's just few minutes walk.

Walls are pretty thin so it can get a bit noisy if you get party neighbors :) But otherwise all was great

Everything :) The location was amazing, the swimming pool (biggest one) was big and kids enjoyed it! It was nice to stay around the beach. Also, I didn't realized there were a spa for adults only, and it made our day. The spa was superb, and I used it 1h per day :)

I really liked the size of the room – it was spacious and comfortable. The beds were great, with proper bedding (which is actually quite rare in Spain – usually there’s no duvet ?).The location was peaceful and quiet, but still within walking distance to the town, which was very convenient. The surroundings were also beautifully maintained and added to the relaxing atmosphere.

Unfortunately, there were a lot of things I didn’t like. First and foremost, the staff. The receptionist was very unfriendly. It was my daughter’s birthday, and I asked if they could help me arrange a small cupcake for her on the day. I was told to go to the breakfast bar myself and order it, but no help was offered. Since we didn’t have breakfast included, I wasn’t even allowed into the breakfast area, and no one offered to speak to the bar manager on my behalf. By the way, I wasn’t asking for a free cupcake – I said I would pay for it.I also asked for recommendations on where to buy something for my daughter in town, and again, I was told "no."As for the drinks bar manager – he was completely incompetent and definitely not suited for working with customers. He was rude, unfriendly, always angry, and sarcastic. I honestly don’t even want to go into more detail about him.Additionally, there is no mention anywhere (on Booking.com or at check-in) that the hotel has a no-smoking policy. So if you smoke, you get fined. How is anyone supposed to know about this if it’s not mentioned on your website, nor told to you at check-in? We only found out by accident when we read the brochure – but not everyone reads that. It’s just absurd.Because of the staff, I wouldn’t return to this hotel again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to my friends. We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and after asking for a small surprise, we received nothing. In comparison, our experience at other hotels has been much better.

Hotel located in a fantastic location between Alcudia and Port de Pollença. Beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Near the sea and nature. Hotel infrastructure fully prepared. Small shop with fresh bread and necessary products on the club premises. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. The rooms are clean and cleaned almost every day.

We had a great stay. We loved our room - very comfortable and clean, we made the most of it. It was too cold for the outside pool, so we couldn't try out. Wellness and gym center are great, as well as the bar. My partner used the restaurant for dinner a couple of times - it was just okay he said.

Amazing location, facilities and friendly staff. Spa is brilliant.

All the staff were very friendly and professional. The kids entertainment was great. Nicely decorated. Great spa.

The steam room was not working very well. The kitchen could be better equipped with a drip stand for dishes, sieve and measuring jug.

Nice resort. Cozy room. Bigger than expected. Nice staff. Overall a great experience. Good value for money. There is the sea in front of the resort, however there is not really a beach. I would suggest having a car.

The fact that gym and spa are included was an unexpected bonus. The spa did wonders for us. The pool was execellent and being between buildings meant th wind wasnt very noticeable making the stay around the pool area very pleasant. We ate at the pool bar, which was really good food as well and everyone very friendly.

We didnt have breakfast or dinner icluded in our booking and we thought potentially upgrading, but the price for brakfast it's way too overprice for just breakfast.

Clean, beautiful property, very friendly and helpful staff

The breakfast selection was amazing and the staff were so nice. The room was spacious and very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We also enjoyed dinners at the property each evening which was lovely. The spa was very enjoyable. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and we'll definitely come back.

Fabulous we had stayed about 15 years ago and it has had a refurbishment and to a very high standard really live interior design

I really enjoyed the location of the property and the grounds.

They only provided a single key for entry, and it was a hard key rather than a key card. This lead to difficulty when my partner wasn’t in the room and I went to the reception to get access. They gave me a bit of a hard time, but Relinquished and gave me the emergency key for entrance.This seems unnecessary. They really should have a system where it more than one key is available to the guests if they requested

Nothing, all was good

Great for a holiday with kids, loads of pools, plenty of space. Food was nice and lots to keep the family entertained.

Very clean accommodation and high quality standard of the beds & bedding, sheets and towels.

Not impressed…

We arrived on 14th of August until 24th of August. We ask straightaway to get a room on the ground floor instead the 3rd floor as we had twins jumping on the terrace and I was extremely concerned about their safety. They never got back to us and on the top of it all the lift was broken for our whole stay. Not impressed at all and won’t return there for sure.On the last day the staff did not even ask how was our stay. They clearly did not care…
