Hoposa Pollentia - Adults Only

The staff was exceptional. Merce, Katelyn, and Solana at the front desk, did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. They were the sweetest, and so fun to chat with! Mar and Rafa always gave us exceptional service during breakfast which was abundant and delicious. The beds were super comfy and the shower was spacious and easily accessible. Plenty of room to hang our clothes. Loved the outdoor lounge area. And seeing the sun rise from this vantage point was absolutely stunning. Plus great entertainment almost every night.

There was really nothing we didn't like. A wash cloth for the face and body would have been nice. However, we were given extra hand towels so all good. There was no one to help with the bags upon arrival and there are a bunch of stairs to climb. Thankfully, one of the wait staff serving the outside bar saw us and ran over to help, which was so appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

We liked the location in front of the beach! Close to many restaurants and CapFormentor.Nice shower and private terrace.

Super noisy staff in corridors ( maids screaming at 8 am from one room to another ) . Very badly insulated! Super small rooms for price. Breakfast was not super good.

Roof top pool & ground pool. Cafe was perfect for lunch. Some lovely food on offer. Feel of the hotel was great

The bathroom smelt. The rooms were smaller then I anticipated and lacked ventilation so the drain smell came through to our room.

Beautiful hotel, stylish surroundings and lovely places to sit.

The rooms were too small, the ventilation in the bathroom was poor which meant the room got very hot and sticky. The pillows were uncomfortable and the noise insulation between rooms was poor.

The staff were brilliant, the receptionists were all so friendly and helpful, the lady who runs the breakfast room was so friendly every single day, getting some oat milk for me and always saying hello. I was on a cycling trip by myself and felt very comfortable staying there by myself.

Loved our stay, the hotel was in an amazing location overlooking the beach and mountains.The hotel made our stay extra special by organising prosecco and cake for my boyfriends birthday - the almond cake was so delicious! They also left a sweet birthday message in the room - such a thoughtful touch.Super comfy rooms, beds and excellent shower. Also such a bonus to have a terrace and solarium area. Breakfast was also very good. Service was a cut above, super friendly, professional and attentive. Special thank you to Merce for organising birthday cake, and making us feel at home throughout :) The hotel has its own secure car park, which was great for peace of mind. We hope to come back soon!

Everything was very clean, functional, decorated with taste and comfortable. The staff was very kind and available for any question or problem. They even offered us to change rooms because ours was very close to the lobby and fire doors, which were heavy and thus caused some noise when closing. Amazing view on the rooftop terrace !We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Nothing much, maybe just regarding the restaurant - although the food was good, we found that the price-quality ratio was a little lower compared to other services.

No hot water on first morning. Ate in at the restaurant one evening and had to send back food as it was cold. Quickly sorted but had better meals elsewhere

Breakfast could be of higher quality. Egg station was bad and terrible coffee from an automatic machine. No free water or welcoming chocolate provided in room. A bit far from the center of town (15 min walk).

The hotel was perfect in every way. The staff were brilliant including the helpful receptionists and the chef who made customised omelette on demand. Lovely room. Absolutely loved it.

We could not praise the Hotel Pollentia more highly, the hotel itself was just perfect, the food was delicious and plentiful and the staff were exemplary. The situation was just beautiful with our balcony looking onto the beach and the beautiful bay and hills in the background. EVERY SINGLE Member of staff was just amazing, helpful, happy and knowledgeable it was like being in a 5 star hotel with staff who had all been trained by experts to offer every possible facility and care - we shall most certainly return very soon and if fact would have done so for the New Year had it been open!
