Near the sea, kind staff, diverse breakfast

Didn't have running water _including toilet_ for the first 24 hours of our stay. Continued to lie about it, saying water was out across the entire town (nope), that it was about to come on in an hour (nope, twice), then denied any reasonable discount at the end of our stay, even trying to charge for the bottled water we were forced to use from the mini-bar.Bring earplugs -- can hear every noise from the hallway and the street even with windows shut.Bed sheets scratchy and thin.

- Excellent location on a quiet village. - Delicious and varied breakfast. - For the occasion of my birthday a bottle of sparkling wine was offered.

- The room was situated on another building ( not in the main one ) . This was not clear on the moment of the booking.- The wall paint of the room need some maintenance.- The products on the amenity kit were not very good. - Airco did not work properly. It didn’t bother us because it was not that warm. - The hotel is nice but I expected more from a 4 star hotel. This feels more a 3 star hotel.

Good location close to the beach albeit the view was partially obscured by an ugly modern hotel on one side. Nice rooftop pool. Clean rooms. Felt more like a three star offering. Hotel stated it had a 4 star rating but it felt more like 3. However, it was priced at the lower end of expectations also.

Small rooms. Food poor (chicken burger was inedible but we weren’t charged for it).

The location is remarkable. Such a beautiful beach. The breakfast was delicious too. However, the place lacks a soul - the staff are very uninterested and not that welcoming, and the place does not feel that cozy. The pool is also very tiny and it’s best to just swim in the sea. Overall, it’s a good place in a remarkable location, but it lacks in some areas.

Fantastic location, staff partly super-fantastic but partly not so good. Good dinner and good breakfast.

The bathroom was little small and would have preferred a room on the first floor but everything else was so super this did not worry us!

Our room was too close to reception and a little noisy at times.

The most gorgeous view of the sea. Comfortable room. Be good to ask for a balcony seat view. We had a standard room at the back but we were not staying too long so did not really matter. Breakfast was good and a variety every day. Staff lovely.

Not the hotels fault but they built a huge hotel to the right restricting some of the view in certain rooms.

Such a great location! Right on the beach. Was great to have a pool as well when the winds weren’t right or the beach too crowded

Everything clean, beautiful, classy but felt comfortable with my children there.

Bar staff weren’t very helpful when I tried to take 4 drinks up to the second floor pool by myself!

Location!!!!!! Wonderful place with fantastic staff. Special mention of Andreea, Manu and Sylvia. The restaurant was superb. We absolutely loved this hotel right on the beach.

we did not appreciate the greeting at reception on arrival, after a long day traveling. There was a mix up with our booking and we accepted that we made a mistake and would sort it out at our end however reception wanted an argument and made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

coffee! Have stayed at this lovely personal hotel many years ago. Now the view is partially ruined by a monstrous ugly hotel block built where a natural rocky headland once existed. It really upset me that the planning authorities would have allowed this eyesore.

Beautifully located first in line of the sea views surrounded by the mountains of the north side of the island. It felt like a boutique hotel. The building kept some of its original features but with a modern interior design. We had a very comfortable stay. The pillows were extremely comfortable!! They can be hit or miss in some hotels. The staff are exceptionally attentive, polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. There was an enormous selection to choose from for breakfast catering to everyone’s needs. I would highly highly recommend this hotel.

What’s not to like. This hotel WAS perfect!
