    Pros +

    • The hotel was an ideal base, with very good facilities required for my cycling holiday, buffet food selection was widespread and changed every evening, hotel was clean and tidy, staff were courteous and friendly
    • Breakfast included was great, Beds were super hard and had to get a topper added and pillows changed. The room was spacious and comfortable, loved the deck with sea views. We felt relaxed and enjoyed the local shops and restaurants.
    • Ac didntvwork. Rooms with kids on different level. One room we booked we were given downgraded room. No help from staff.

    Cons -

    • One small comment would be, could cups in rooms be bigger or have an option for them to be a mugs
    • The bed in particular, to the point we asked to move rooms. Also the air-conditioner on the 8th floor which was directly above us on the roof, was very noisy. Also asked to move rooms because of this. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. View of the full rubbish bins directly below us was also a bit of an eyesore but not a deal breaker.
    • The Wi-Fi was inconvenient — you had to re-enter your details every time you connected. The restaurant area was quite small for the size of the hotel, and lunch/dinner menus were very limited (only 5–6 main courses). The pool area lacked enough umbrellas; adding more would improve the experience. Also, around the pool, there was sometimes an unpleasant smell from the water drainage.

The location is excellent — just a 2–3 minute walk from the beach. The spa was very nice and peaceful. However, if you want a massage, they need to bring someone in from outside. The room was very clean and included an espresso machine and a water boiler, which was a nice touch. For pool or beach towels, you have to pay a deposit, but they’ll replace them at any time free of charge.Food quality was generally good, though breakfast was the same every day. Also, there weren't many options for lunch or dinner

The facilities for cycling was very good, particularly the underground storage areas and the helpful staff in the workshop. The room key on a wrist band worked well to provided easy access without the need for a card key. The hotel was clean throughout and room service great.

    The food was average.

Good value for money, great location and very helpful staff.

Can be a bit annoying if you are unlucky to have noisy people staying in the room above.

Food good with lots of choice. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable.Only issue is rooms have very limited clothes storage. No wardrobe in room, as replaced with seating area which would not get used.

A great place for cyclists to stay. I was in a group of 50. Very comfortable twin room on 7th floor, 705, with en-suite bath/shower, good size balcony with sunrise, sea and town views. Fantastic coffee in the Basso shop in reception. Friendly staff. Supermarket and beach close by. Great swimming pool. I would certainly stay here again. I’ve stayed in Port de Pollença several times in the past 25 years.

Hotel charges 3 euros per day to use the secure safe in the room. I would suggest that this cost should be included in the room rate on booking rather than an additional charge.

Location was good, very accommodating to cyclists. Early breakfast provided when requested

    Single room was very functional

Great hotel, nice facilities, lovely and friendly staff and brilliant location.

Our room was a bit disappointing and quite small. Also we had a mysterious dripping noise that, despite telling reception twice, was never sorted. Would definitely stay again, but hope for a better room next time.

very helpful and friendly reception who checked me in. love the location, breakfast and the service.

just the noises. maybe they need to repair something next to my room and i wanted to rest. i wish the spa is available after 6pm and late hours like in some spa hotels i stayed.

Good location, nice and quiet, beautiful view.

Could do with place for hanging clothes to dry on the balcony and in the bathroom. Very dusty under the bed.

Everything was excellent, from food to staff, to comfort, location. Top value for money.Only negative, pools didn't open until 10am, outside pool wasn't heated at all, so at this time of year is a struggle unless you have a wetsuit, indoor pool is very small. I did question the opening times, and the reply is that the pools are getting treated and have no lifeguards. Many other pools seem to manage this, and I've never seen a lifeguard at other hotels with pools in pp. Everything else is fab, particularly if you're just cycling, running, and walking.

    Staff, location, breakfast

AA convention with 150 plus attendees. I come out of season because the hotel is quiet. I wasn't made aware.
