Big suite room and big balcony. Nice breakfast room with availability to eat outside with nice harbour view. Breakfast quantity big, quality less. Staff at reception as breakfast room could not smile or say good morning,evening. Not so well manoured.

No parking nearby, had to walk 5 to 7 minutes from public parking to hotel. No free water bottle on second day.

Location

The standard room had a small balcony that looked on to the inside walls of the hotel. The details provided by booking. Com indicated it would offer an outside view of the town or mountains.!

Breakfast and location nearby port and Formentor

When you book the apartment suits, you are in the other building. The noise of the nearby cafes around the corner kept us awake till 3-4 am , also on weekdays and at 5 am the garbage trucks are arriving and the noise of breaking glass is your wake up call. Location is too noisy for a lot of the rooms. One of our rooms was switched to the main building and there we enjoyed better night rests.

Modern .., great location …. Convenient to use as a base to tour the area , 15 minutes to village of Pollenca …. A MUST !

The structure in front of our terrace was full of bird droppings .

We were given a room in the “apartments” which was over a busy road. No sound proofing - We were woken up by noisy deliveries every morning. Maid service was in the afternoons. Hotel seemed understaffed.

Location is great , transfer booked from hotel website was easy , bicycle booked from hotel website was fine.

The television on the wall made getting things out of one half of the wardrobe a bit of a chore.

Location was perfect, swimming pool and beach across the road.Plenty of bars and restaurants on our doorstep .Room was big and very comfortable bed

Greta location

No hot water one night (not what you expect for a 4 star hotel). Tele didn’t work in room. Reported it 3 times before being fixed. Side rooms are noisy too.

Service and location was perfect for us staff were very helpful and friendly

Looks like a refurbishment had just finished. A number of issues, had to move room as key entry wouldn’t work. Then in the new room, the AC was broken, not an issue due to current weather, but again not ideal. Breakfast and staff were excellent!

Great location and lovely to have access to outside pool and bar. Breakfast is great

Rooms are quite bare and if you aren’t facing the sea you are facing other flats and concrete buildings with your balcony!

Breakfast excellent. Location perfect. Staff helpful and kind. Beds very comfortable. Rooms clean. Linen good.

A few more choice teas in the room

The cleaning staff were exceptional especially as 3 of us had food poisoning and were ill. We made a mess of the bed and bathrooms. They cleaned this up quickly.The location was excellent and close to bars and restaurants

3 of the 4 of us got severe food poisoning which we think we got from the water and breakfast. Improve hygiene. The bar and pool staff were unfriendly and slow.The airconditioning didn’t work

It’s in the most amazing position, close to shops, restaurants and beaches. The staff were all incredibly happy and helpful and the breakfast was outstanding.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The nicest pool area in Port de Pollensa. Wonderful breakfast buffet!

Location and pool area are 10/10

The air con had been either switched off or wasn’t working would of been nice to have that option as it was still warm on the upper floors

Loved the swimming pool position in the sea and the wonderful views from the room.

Could hear a lot of movement from other rooms (next door and above) unfortunately.
