About
This small hotel is a delightfully renovated 19th-century, noble home with elegant, Neoclassical furnishings – enjoy your Mallorcan breakfast in the summer months on the sunny, outdoor terrace. Admire the rustic charm of the Ca’n Pere with stone walls, wrought-iron fixtures and beautifully tiled floors. You will notice how the antique furniture and classical design contrasts well against the building’s original features. Each double room is named after a reference to the Balearic Islands and features individual styling. Enjoy classical furnishings, luxurious fabrics and plenty of Mallorcan sunshine in your room. Select rooms boast their own terrace. The historical journey continues when you take the few steps out of the Ca’n Pere to the town’s Arabic wall and the Roman city ruins. Beautiful Mallorcan beaches with fine sand and turquoise waters are just a short drive away. In the evening, enjoy a delicious meal in the intimate restaurant where you can taste traditional cuisine using seasonal produce with a modern twist.

Pros +
- Clean. Spacious. Very calm. The room is comfy. I didn’t have time to have breakfast and they brought a tea kettle to the room the next day!! Amazing attention to customer needs. Also my whole stay here (1 week) I have not seen a single person here. Very quiet. And lovely location, next to a huge beautiful cathedral.
- Position in the city, the room, the bathroom and the breakfast.
- Big room
Cons -
- Have to climb some stairs to get to the room, but that’s probably the only thing. It’s such a cozy thing, this might be just a part of the experience!
- It would have been nice to find some water in the fridge when we arrived as a plus
- Horrible air conditioning… we couldn’t sleep all night because of the heat. The stuff know about it but doesn’t fix . No one help to take the luggage from the 2nd floor , no elevator. Can’t access this area with a car and need to park outside the old city and walk with the luggage .

The room was beautiful.
Reception was not overly friendly they asked to see our passport which is not what is requested in the booking form it clearly states photo ID we offered photo ID and it was refused We had to ask about Wi-Fi nobody told us about it also we were not told the breakfast was not available till 8:30 we advised them we were checking out prior to that and there was no attempt to even leave us a croissant or any other cold breakfast. We would not have paid for the breakfast included with the room had we known this I do not see it anywhere on the website or in the hotel information.
Amazing location with free parking nearby, beautifully presented 4 bedroom hotel, great restaurant and breakfast, lovely staff, rooms are gorgeous, I accidentally took a towel! Please contact me and I’m happy to pay for it. Thank you for this wonderful hotel option. It truly is exceptional
Nothing bad
Absolutely lovely place to stay right in the centre of Alcudia old town. Would highly recommend. Also, there is a restaurant immediately opposite the front door which is great. Very handy to have so close.
Everything excellent! On the other hand, the hotel is located in the middle of the old town and it's not allowed to go in with the car but the gps takes you in anyways. I think they should warn you in advance to park outside of this area and access the hotel by foot
Excellent location, beautiful building, clean accommodation. Parking is 2 minutes away from the property, as it is located in the pedestrian zone of the historic center. Very satisfied.
Location. Staff. Room was very big. Breakfast. We also had a lovely dinner one night.
Nothing really.
Loved the size of the room, it was beautiful and well maintained. Wifi was excellent. Breakfast had great variety. The patio was lovely when the restaurant wasn't open, but lost its privacy once diners were present at the upstairs tables.
A couple of very small things could have been better - the shower in the Mallorca room was a bit faulty, it kept switching to the bath tap on its own. Also, having the gap in the wall around the top of the bathroom meant my husband and I got to share the sounds and smells of our relationship a little more than we'd usually like to.
The room was very nice and well appointed with aircon
it's above a restaurant and in quite a busy street so there was late night and early morning noise. They need to give out instructions about where to park because you can't drive into the town.
Fantastic place to stay and it is very charming. The rooms were much larger than I expected. Bed was super comfortable. The location was right in the centre of the town, which was great. I would definitely stay here again!
The air-conditioning wasn't the best, the room was very warm and stayed warn throughout the night even with the air-conditioning on the lowest temperature.
Superb location and the decor/interior was fantastic.
Bedroom was immaculate and the boutique design was very classy. Breakfast was fantastic too.
Lovely boutique hotel in the middle of old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night out of the 2 we were in old town. Would have stayed the 2 nights her but Unfortunately it was fully booked.
One of the worst experiences ever
Perhaps the worst experience we've had. We had booked with breakfast included, and on the first day they served us MOULDED food. When we informed her she didnt even apologise, she just took the plate away threw the moulded food out and returned with the plate, expecting me to eat the rest of the food. I was just shocked. Also, the mould is not mould that developed over night which means it was there for some time and they had not bothered to check the food. The lady serving us didn't speak English and when we asked to speak to someone in charge, there was absolutely no one at the hotel. This is something everyone should keep in mind when booking the hotel. There is no one (ever) at reception, so if you need anything, be prepared to have to deal with it by yourself, which is unacceptable. After insisting on speaking to someone, the lady eventually called someone who apparently is in charge of the restaurant found in the hotel...which apparently is different from the person managing the hotel. The worst part is that when he came he went to speak to her and she pulled out the same packet where the moulded food came from, which means she never even threw it away because she said the expiry date had not passed...imagine keeping food you know has mould to serve other customers. They did not even inform the other guests that they most likely had eaten moulded food. As a result of all this my holiday was completely ruined, and I was sick that day.We have raised these issues with Booking.com and highlighted the servere health hazards posed at this hotel. What is worse is the way we were treated. No one from the hotel ever contacted us, not even to apologise. They were claiming the manager was 'away' until after we were due to leave. Absolutely disgraceful. Given the health hazards at this place, I advise it be avoided at all costs. It should not be listed on Booking.com.
Nice hotel and location.Staff fine Food was bliss
Only issue was breakfast which was a continental but nothing much to eat
Fantastic staff, great breakfast, superb location, comfortable bed, would definitely stay here again.
There is a safe in the room, but we were told if we want the key to use it, then it would be an extra $5 a day.
The location is very convenient within the old town but no parking. You must park outside the town walls. The room was nice, comfortable and clean.
The air-conditioning was poor and barely cooled the room and it was very hot. The bathroom is partitioned with actually being a separate room. Not great. Shower was good and the bed was big and comfortable.
Wonderful staffs, decoration, location. Just our room. Which was big enough, but the air conditioner was broken. So they got us a Fan
Excellent boutique hotel right in the centre of town. Wonderful restaurant and helpful staff
