    Pros +

    • Great location
    • The location was great for biking. The bike path runs across the street from the hotel. The grounds were lovely with the reserve in the back. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot choices. Perfect for fueling up for bike rides. Being able to rent a car on property was very convenient for exploring further out on the island.
    • Overall The hotel has many activities, good location (far from the port a bit if walking), bike shop on location

    Cons -

    • Forced to buy a 28 euro buffet in evening even if you were just a little hungry. No option of small things. Ridiculous for a 4 star hotel
    • No other restaurants within walking distance.
    • the reception people were so confused with booking.com booking. Since we booked through booking.com we had to pay 18 euros to enter the spa. while if you book directly, you dont have to pay that. It should be clear here on booking.comWhenever I book anywhere a suite , it includes 2 people. We had to pay 95 euros extra per day for my wife. Honestly I am very disappointed. and the way we were received by the front office staff was far below the average.

The staff was amazingly nice and helpful. The place is beautiful and has a lot of nice facilities. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We never saw anything comparable.

The room and bathroom were old and not so nice. In our room we had also no good wifi connection.

Our stay was great, since check in to checkout. Staff is friendly and helpful, room was nice a clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty and options

There is a lot of mosquitoes in area.

I enjoyed the ambience, pool and spa facilities.

Our room wasn't clean when we checked in. The pillows weren't of good quality too.Upon requesting one of the housekeeping staff to clean our room, she wasn't happy to wait for us to leave the room and at some point, knocked to come in and clean while we were still busy preparing to go out!

The hotel territory is nice, looks like a small village. The food in the a la carte restaurant was good. It has big parking lot, convenient if you have a car. Located not far from Formentor, which was the highlight of our trip to Mallorca.

The breakfast buffet was mediocre: the selection was pretty standard, but the quality of fresh fruits was rather low. They do not give you new bottles of water, so you have to buy them, if you need some water at night, you can only buy it in the bar at around 3 euros for a small bottle. The bracelet system is very annoying, it is always wet and I would say rather unhygienic.

The hotel was good. The property is nice. We went on high season, it was very crowded. The drinks were not good and overpriced; the sangria was bottled sangria so it was not worth it for us to pay 8 euros per drink. The room was comfortable. The staff was really nice, and our room was ready before our check-in time, so that was a plus.

The room could've been a bit cleaner; it had many mosquitoes despite having the plug-in repellent. The drinks were not good at all.Breakfast was very crowded, so it took a long time to get an omelette

Nice hotel. The room was new, practical, clean, and spacious. For cyclists, it's conveniently close to key routes towards the mountains. Good for families.

The food is not good, but since I had been advised about it, I kept my expectations low. There are plenty of nice restaurants within a 5-10-minute drive from the hotel. The parking can be tricky if you have an EV. The hotel advertises EV chargers, but only had two—one broken—and no policy to prevent guests from monopolizing them. One car occupied the spot from my arrival Thursday until I left Sunday, and staff couldn’t intervene.

Not much arrogant staff one women on reception in check in and two eating in the back . When she went to get them out they came with mouths full still eating and past me to the client at the end that had just come and left me there waiting. As it was clear I was not happy just got the looks . And abandoned crazy .

Most of it car park full ! walk to the room was like one mile to the room and another back to reception and 500meter from the car . Left a good brand and new par of shorts and left on the table checked out and called before 15:00h but they called back just after the cleaner left saying they did not find them . More like the cleaner stole them . The contacted customer services and she did not help she said she was off the next day and would get back Wednesday unbelievable. I had family there in another 2 rooms for the week and was leaving the sorts for one of the lads as he liked them a lot and I had never had them on.You can see I travel a lot and live here on the island in Andratx and been a hotel director for years so know how this works .I if was one of the hotels I work for they cleaner would have been called back in and if they did not come up would have been sack for sure once it was clear she said she did not have them .So now they have to waist my time messing around putting this straight as I was not happy with the way they handled this matter and from reception to the customer service was not even close to finding me a solution .More like it's gone and there was nothing they could do when it's 100% there person that was in the room . Or her boss which one it was not my problem

I really enjoyed my stay at PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa. The bed was very comfortable, the room was nice and clean, and I especially appreciated the breakfast – delicious and varied. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained, and everything was spotless throughout the resort.I also liked having a balcony and the fact that a mosquito repellent device was provided in the room. The location is great, with direct access to the nature reserve right from the resort – a big plus for nature lovers.Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

The gardening staff started their work too early in the morning and were quite noisy, almost every day - which disturbed the peace a bit. Also, the parking situation was a bit chaotic when the resort was busy.

Modern 'Resort' style hotel complex with multiple facilities.Hotel is located next to the sea.so it's as good as it gets.

Slightly pricey and no minibar or room service.

    9RudyPosted on: 4-23-2025

    Staff and buffet all excellent.

Adult swimming pool could be bigger. Rooms near road suffer more noise.

    6KeithPosted on: 4-2-2025

Oversold the pools. One was practically a duck pond, 2 were lap pools with very few lanes and access to the hot tub costs 18 euros per person for a reservation of 1.5 hours. Robes we're not in the room, they require you to return to the front desk to get a card to present at the lap pool that only had 3 lanes

Great value for money, close to the nature. But the bed of the room is a little unclean.

    7Mohamed M.Posted on: 1-9-2025

The stuff was so friendly and we really appreciated the location

I think the property should care more about the swimming pool cleaning and start the garden management activity a bit later in the morning

Good location & transport links. Staff were fab. Good value for money. Excellent base to ride out around the north of the Island

    7MarkPosted on: 11-16-2024

Good quiet location. Quirky rooms. Nice disco entertainment and warm pools.

The rooms were dirty, lots of hairs not hoovered from previous guests.

Staff were attentive but that couldn’t make up for the facilities and cleanliness which were far below expectations for a 4-star

Firstly I should say the staff here are very friendly and attentive. The duty manger especially made attempts to improve our stay.Far better than booking.com who rather shamefully simply ignored our concerns completely!! Eventually offering us a €10 gesture, pathetic!PortBlue isn’t necessarily a bad resort, it would perhaps fit better in a 2 or possibly 3-star rating. Our issue is it is mis-sold as a first-class 4-star resort and spa, this it is NOT.My wife and I spent 5 days here following our wedding on the island and was in effect our honeymoon and why we selected a ‘4-star resort and spa’ as a bit of a treat with the added bonus of a kids club for our little one. This is our feedback;- Less resort and spa more euro-camp- wrist bands given as keys is not 4-star, what I would expect from a campsite. Very tacky- Outdoor pools have been taken over by ducks from the nature reserve meaning feathers and bird poo everywhere. Unswimmable due to hygiene- The parasols around the pool are old and mould stained- food from the pool bar, albeit ‘snack food’ is more akin to a greasy burger van and not 4-star resort quality- smell of the adjacent toilets meaning dining by the pool is really not pleasurable- Our room was adjacent to the main road - not safe with toddler- Busy road noisy throughout day and night - worth noting to get to the beach you have to navigate crossing this dangerous road. If you have a car it’s even quite hard getting out of the resort due to the speed of traffic.- As the road divides the resort from the beach I do not think this can fairly be advertised as a beachside resort.- Car park is a nightmare! Narrow and very hard to navigate - if you are lucky enough to find a space!- Offered an alternative room closer to the centre of the resort when speaking at the hotel desk but overheard other guests complaining about the noise from the entertainment every night- Room itself was fine, very very basic.

The hotel is the perfect spot for cyclists and runners and other athletes as it is located very conveniently to good cycling/running routes. Exit the hotel and immediately start cycling to, for example Sa Calobra. The hotel even has a decent bike rent on premises with a wide range of choices including carbon bikes with electrical shifting etc. Multiple swimming pools both indoor and outdoor are available. The food in the breakfast and dinner is tasty and of different variety.

People without a car or intention to do sports mightfind themselves a bit isolated as it is located in the middle of nowhere - between the sea and a nature preserve. The hotel has seen better days and some of the premises/equipment seems a bit rundown, also the cleaning could be more meticulous, especially in the common areas. Watch out for duck poo as there is plenty of wild birds on the premises of the hotel.
