Lovely friendly small hotel. Spotlessly clean and at a quiet location just a 10 minute walk from the centre and just a stones throw from the beautiful Pinewalk.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great and the location was lovely and quiet but close enough to the marina.

Clean bedrooms with a balcony, good shower and very lovely staff. Hotel bar is open until midnight with reasonably priced drinks. Great location next to the port. Our room was cleaned every day.

Quite noisy - could hear a lot of clanging from the kitchen from our bedroom on the 1st floor and the rooms echo quite a bit so you can hear your neighbours closing doors or moving around in their rooms. Curtain blinds are not blackout, so it is bright in the morning. The mattress was ok. Breakfast was ok.

Perfect location. Quiet, clean, friendly attentive staff, happy to help with all our enquiries. Lovely fresh breakfast every morning. Beautiful walk to beach, shops and restaurants along the pine walk.

No complaints at all. Bar area quiet but that really suited us.

Very good breakfast. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Nice, quiet area of Puerto Pollensa but within an easy walk of the restaurants and hustle/bustle. Good value for money.

Fast internet a lot of parking space, quiet area

Over 2 weeks I stayed in 5 different hotels in the same price range and this one was definitely the worst one. I stayed in a single room which was very small (like a dormitory). It had a single bed and very small bathroom with tiny shower. Room had a terrace which doesn’t get even 5 mins of sunshine a day. Poor quality breakfast - not even one warm dish (which is unusual since hotel has a kitchen), eggs they had were very cold, overcooked hard boiled eggs. No options for people who don’t eat bread. Very poor selection even for those who eat bread (two types of meat and 2 types of cheese and some jam, honey, Nutella and peanut butter). Swimming pool also doesn’t get much sunlight. On a day of checkout house keeping knocked on a door at 12:00 (checkout was at 12:00) which did not feel very nice.

Location, peaceful & beautiful & very welcoming

Small and quiet, although the bar across from the pool had live music on the Sunday but we enjoyed that! Very friendly staff. Very close to the pine walk. Lots of shade around the pool. This was our second visit here, we really enjoyed it.

Nothing much negative but perhaps the small bathroom could use an extra shelf for toiletries.

Everything, great staff, great location, great breakfast and clean rooms.

Clean , tidy and fresh rooms , linen and towels changed within the week we were there . Fridge in room and great air con which was very welcome after being in the sun . Just off line walk in the area we like to stay .
