Hotel Radetzky

We had a wonderful stay! The bed was super comfortable, and the room was very clean and cozy. The hosts were amazing — so kind and always ready to help us with anything. Breakfast was good, and the location was perfect — very central and close to the lake. Beautiful place overall, we would definitely come back!

Not really good value for money. And the staff told us we can’t flush toilet paper—that doesn’t seem normal in an Austrian hotel.

The host Georgia was simply fabulous! She was so kind to help us with an early checkin and my mom had some knee issues after the hike, so she provided the cooling gel. Superb service, thsnk you so much!Apart from this: spotless clean and tidy hotel, central location, amazing breakfast. Recommend!

Staff can make or break a stay for me,The front desk and owner have been extremely helpful and really made the effort to make me feel like at home.The location is 10/10, right in the middle of this beautiful town overlooking the church and lake.I will return in the future, and I wish all the best to the owner.

Church bell could be something to get used to if you haven’t lived next to one in the past.

The bed seems old as it sink down at the centre. Some rooms are nice and good while others not as good.

Location is very good. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Allowed us to put 8 luggages with them for the whole day after we have checked out.

Some mattresses need to be changed as they are already sinked in. We booked 2 studio room which can accommodate 4 persons per room.for 4. Room 23 is nice while room 14 is a bit small for 4 persons.

Nice big room and ensuite. Nice staff at breakfast.

There was construction next door which was noisy. There were only a few restaurants/shops open at this time of year. The hotel felt abandoned during the day, we only saw staff at breakfast.

Maybe a lift would have been nice for people with problems with their knee or something might find a bit daunting to stay on the higher floors. But a lot of places here don’t have lifts.Wi-Fi was sometimes flaky on the top floor which is why I gave a 9/10.

Staff was very kind and welcome us.Room+bathroom were very clean and the bedding was super cozy which feels like goose.Sofa bed was also comfortable! (I stayed in double bed+sofa bed option.)

Perfect location. Newly renovated. Clean. Owner is very helpful and friendly.

It’s an historic building so doesn’t have AC or a lift. We are able to climb stairs so not a problem for us. The weather was hot when we stayed; we opened the window and had a nice breeze.

No fan in the room, it was so hot overnight.The breakfast was really a bit boring, coffee not good Priced quite high for such basic breakfast, no fan, no parking included etc

Location is very practical, everything worked fine, staff was super friendly and all was clean. The bathroom was pretty modern.

The carpet floor! This gave the appartment a damp smell and feeling. And our appartment was pretty noisy (the churchbells right next to the hotel starts ringing at 7am every 15 minutes). It was rather expensive for what we got. We would consider it more the style of a hostel than a hotel. If you just want to sleep there it is fine, if you also want to enjoy the room, not so much.
