typical austrian hotel, one of the best I have been in last years all the world. Nice, very friendly and effective staff. will come again!

We extended our stay twice as we felt so relaxed and comfortable is this lovely family run hotel. Great quiet location and easy to get everywhere in the area. Great breakfast and very well looked after by the owner, family and staff. Best Spinatkndel I have every tasted. Thank you.

- great location to all three lakes in the area - Wolfgangsee aprox. 300 m with hotel private beach, which was great (you need to ask for a key, we did not get one, but fellow occupants let us in :) - transport ship to St. Wolfgang 100-200 m for 15 EUR (two way ticket) for two adults and you are in this very nice town in 5 minutes :-) - breakfast regular (mixed eggs, bacon, selection of canned fruits and vegetables, etc...) - staff very pleasant, kind and helpful - big room, very traditional with great view

- during the "Ruhetag" the elevator was shutdown early, so we had to bring all our stuff with our little baby in our hands to the third floor :( - bed was a little bit creaky... sometimes we woke our little baby when we moved on the bed - fridge in our room was a bit weak (we did not noticed the staff, so I am sure they would have helped us in this manner) - shower was leaking a bit

The breakfast was not bad but nothing special. The dinner we had in the restaurant was good.

On Friday evening when we arrived the restaurant had Ruhetag - it was closed. The hotel has not been refurbished for a long time. The beds were not very confrotable. The lady at the receptions only concern was to instruct us to desinfect our hands each time we communicated with her but no concern about our wishes or no info about what we can do.

This is a wonderful hotel! Very cozy and beautifully decorated. Offers very tasty dinner in the evening. But most importantly, it is clear that the staff is very serious about being perfect at their jobs. They care about all the minor details, very helpful and polite. I will most likely drop by for a few more days to finish sightseeing and trekking in the area. Btw, there is a boat that can get you across the lake until 6PM, it takes only like 5 minutes.
