Great location next to the middle station of the gondola, spacious and comfortable room in modern design, excellent servis and very helpful staff, nice spa. The food is delicious with wide range of fresh local and healthy food (I did appreciate lactose free alternatives), afternoon snack after skiing is just nice thing :)

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, great breakfast and great breakfast.

Breakfast is great, rooms are very nice, spa and cold river are amazing. Lovely bar and restaurant and amazing facilities.

The hours of the spa are ridiculous. It's only open until 1930 (7:30 pm). If you check in late or have to leave early you can't even utilize the main reason to stay.

In the wellness area, there were not enough loungers for guests, and we had nowhere to settle.

Amazing location, on a beautiful hill surrounded by an endless sea of green. Just magical. Remote and quiet, yet easy to find. Superb breakfast with many many chioces (also vegan and non dairy) and excellent service by the waiters staff. Spotless clean and a nice modern yet cosy design. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We booked a delux room with a balcony to be able to enjoy the view, and in the pictures it didn't show that the balcony is facing almost entirely a big surface of solar panels blocking the view. We asked to change room and the only option for a room with a view required extra paymeny. We think it was kind of misleading and a bit pf a disappoinment. Also, the pool had children beyond the designated hours which made it impossible to enjoy, and there was no staff members monitoring that. In addition, it wasn't heated enough. Lastly, the bathroom and shower are really small.

Great food and service. Spa with natural pool and Mountain View is excellent! Overall great value for money.

All positive aspect definitely overwhelm all of the following points. But some things that could be improved: - No fridge and no free water in the rooms- Suite was actually two normal combined rooms - good for families but won’t call it suite.

The gardens are beautiful and the natural pool together with a breathtaking view was idyllic.Food was delicious and plenty and the staff was very kind, also everything was impeccable.There are many hiking possibilities around the hotel and they organize some activities in the mornings, which we found quite practical

Would be good if blinds would be installed on the windows, with the actual curtains the early sunlight wakes you up quite early and doesn't lets you sleep longer.Our room was directly next to the street and in front of the parking place, so sometimes was a bit noisy and people are constantly passing by, so privacy gets affected a bit.
