This is a beautiful, cozy hotel with the most comfortable mattresses for a sound nights sleep! Great location with stunning views, a really great experience, super helpful, friendly and accommodating staff.

The service is really good. We had a problem with the shower in our room - and got responded instantly with a solution. We also had a problem with the safe, which our items got locked inside (maybe we locked it with a wrong code, not sure what happened) and also got responded very fast with a solution. Really recommended! The breakfast was also very good, and the hotel location was perfect for us.

Lack of options for dinner.

The hotel has a very warm vibe, with a great staff that did its best to help out. The room was clean, the balcony has a great view to the mountains and the swimming pool was a lovely place to be when it rained.

We had couple of hot days, and the rooms has no airconditioner. However, we asked for a ventilator and the great staff did it best and found us one.

The hosts were amazing, everything is well maintained and feels new, the staff at the restaurant is welcoming and attentive, the room felt new and clean with amazing view, the pool and the terrace are nice touch. Overall feeling of coziness and luxury.

The price was a bit steep for Wagrain, even when booking months in advance, the restaurant menu is not reach enough and we found the dishes too small and expensive compared to other places

- Sauna is only open from 15:30h to 20h- Although the check-in is only at 16h, the room was still not ready as we arrived- Bathroom door is of glass, which can be a bit awkward and uncomfortable when one is using the toilet

Wonderfull hospitality, huge room, well maintained facilities, spotless clean!! Breakfast was so diverse- there’s something for everyone. Good Cappuccino machine! Indoor pool is a great extra the kids enjoyed while raining.

Excellent stay. Very good breakfast. Very service minded staff. Really nice with an indoor pool (with sauna and all) to relax in after skiing. Children loved it. Our room was just above the pool so very easy acces. Good cocktails also! All good! They even remembered my daugthers 11 year birthday and decorated our breakfast table for her. Really nice! Very recommendable place!

Nothing really to complain about :) Ah perhaps, the food in the evening at the restaurant could be at a bit higher level, but of course that would come with an even higher price also, so we were happy enough.

Very helpful staff. Travelled by train with a young child and arrived slightly early. They pre-confirmed I could leave bags at reception, but on arrival gave us an early check in and room upgrade. Hotel pool was perfect, but free entry to nearby Water Park also great. Breakfast was very good. On the last day we were planning to get the bus back to the train station. However, the owner offered to take us in his minibus which made a long journey easier. Note there is no restaurant in the summer. However, I used the local guest card website to easily find local places to eat

The owners are very friendly, helpful and interested in the guest during his stay, if he is missing something. The location of the hotel is excellent for a guest who has come to ski. Skibus stop at the hotel direction to the base of Flying Mozart1 or 2 min walk with skis to the Bergschlepplift and on skis a short distance down to the base of Flying Mozart1. The wellness area with a swimming pool in the hotel is smaller, but pleasant. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel are tasty and of good quality.

Perhaps it would be good to slightly improve the information for the guest and the preparation of the table for dining at breakfast and dinner by the staff. Finally, personally, the pastries were not bad, but could have been fresher in a little more selection.

Was nice, cozy, friendly, love the owners/management. A bit elevated price for one person room.

Hot jacuzzi would be nice to have at the hotel after long skiing day.

The hotel had a lovely welcoming atmosphere, great food and wellness facilities. The interior was very thoughtfully designed. The location was great, right in the middle of the ski area with easy access to all four valleys.

the stuff ( reception) was not welcoming, we didnt even knew about the hotel facility options until we met another couple in our last day. we waited an hour for the room but she was not welling to answer our questions before we r getting the room.
