The family room is big enough for 5 people.

Facility is old. The outside area (restaurant, etc) was largely left uncleaned.

Family of 5. For us It was a road hotel and the way from Vienna and Salzburg, for a one night stay. The Pizzeria below was nice and the staff was great. The check in process is clear and went smoothly. Fair price.

Old and minimalistic.The bathroom was outdated.

Convenience of check-in and check-out. Key was in an envelope at the door (also seemed a bit unsafe, tbh). Generally seemed clean although parts were definitely not well kept (bed not freshly made, hair in bed, carpet smelly, etc.)

Cleanlines ok, but partly not acceptable (as in hair in bed and clearly not freshly made), Shower clean but rusty at the bottom and not well maintained. Floor was carpet from probably 40 years ago and you felt dirty touching it with bare feet. View from window (on first floor to the back) was against a wall.Since the front door is always open and not locked, there are lots of insects inside and you feel slightly unsafe because anyone could just walk in to your door

- Location was good , near the train station.- Large room , comfortable for 4 people.

- Bunk bed , when I did not select a room with bunk bed (but ok not a big problem)- It could have been cleaner , at least the walls and bathroom- Noise from the train in the morning.

the breakfast was ok not bad at all though wish for more varieties.

No engagement with staff at all during my staff

Spacious parking.

There was a lot of noise from the trains. I did not see any staff. Neither in the evening nor in the morning. I do not like it if you cannot attach the shower head.

The hotel is located to all other cities just great, close to the highway. The room is clean, very comfortable, it has everything. The buffet breakfasts are very tasty. I recommend the hotel to everyone!!!

It's a pity that there was no electric kettle in the room.

Smaller room was provided despite we paid for a larger one(with 5 beds).

- Lot's of free parking space- Nearby Lidl shop for grocery - Smooth check-in procedure- Nice view from balcony to have morning coffee- Friendly staff

- The only downside is honking of passing train on railway crossing

Location near Attersee.

Mountains of steps outside and inside to drag our luggage up to room. Most hours of every day no manager or staff available. Breakfast thrown together somewhat, not always on time.

Room nicely decorated; good breakfast; proximity to the Attersee lake. Recommend visiting Das Klimt - Restaurant-Cafe.

Pillows... Staff not being present in the morning. Moreover, the weather did not cooperate; it was a rainy and cold day... but this was not considered for the rating ?

The room was big and comfortable with a balcony. There was a fridge in the room

It's located next to the railway and the trains make lots of noise

Friendly and pleasant owner, good breakfast and everything nicely prepared.

Clean, cozy.

The location is not really near to anyting. Recommended to travellers with a car.

I don't know I didn't have breakfast

I have never stayed in such a small room. There wasn't even a place to put a suitcase.

The staff was very kind and friendly.

One Note - pay attention, as hotel is located next to train railway and the trains are noisy :-( Another Note - unfortunately the mattress in the bed are very uncomfortable (soft, springed). Also we were surprised, that the window view was to grass hill (about 2m from window was a steep hill, so the view is to the grass only).I would consider it as a basic accommodation, but for such one, the price is higher, than expected.

Comfortable late self check-in. They left our keys in envelope at the reception. There is nice restaurant under hotel. It takes just 20 minutes by car to Drachenwand.

Clean rooms, a lot of parking places, (motorbikes under our balcony) nice personal. Thank you for all your services! !

Our room was very clean, I was surprised. They even put a bed for our dogs. So kind!The restaurant was closing but still they cooked some meals for us. Very kind people.
