Was overbooked, sent us away after arrival, because they didn't have a room. (Although it was confirmed and we were in contact on the very same day via message)

Very conveniently located and perfectly equipped apartment. Owners take perfect care about guests. Delicious breakfasts. Definitely a place to return to.

We booked the last available room(loft) amazing room with a view on the lake

Breakfast on the terrace with the view of the lake is really nice, friendly staff, close to the beach, great location for trips around whole area.

Hotel could use some maintenance and there is a lot of noise coming from the hallways.

The view from the apartment was fantastic. The room came with two balconies. The kitchen was equipped. The rooms are all very spacious. Room decor was nice. The apartment has a bath, which was useful for bathing a toddler. Nicely insulated. No noise from neighbours. The room was cleaned each day. It is located 2 min away from the lake/swimming pool. Free parking.

We were travelling that morning so I didn't get the message until we arrived that we needed to call the owner 20min before we arrived. But the wait was only 10min or so. The kitchen was equipped but there was no kettle. Considering the room price and the other room decor, we felt that the plates from Ikea and towels were a bit of a mismatch.

We were upgraded from a double room to an apartment for free, so there is not much we could complain about :)A dog mat and bowl with water were ready in the room for our dog - a very nice gesture!The room itself was big enough with all the necessary equipment.The breakfast was delicious and was served outside on the balcony.

15 euros for a dog/night is quite expensive, but it's still far better than any hotel that doesn't allow pets, so we appreciate it :)

Clean and modem facilities, pleasant staff. Good location to get to the lake and eateries. Boat and train within walking distance.

We stayed in room 9. It's incredibly large apartment, much more than 100m2. Two levels, 6 slipping places + couch. Fully equipped. Everything is brand new and in excellent condition. Large terrace with view to the lake. 3min walk to a shore. Friendly and supportive host.

That we couldn't stay longer because had to move to continue our tour through Salzkammergut.

The setting is excellent with a great view of the Attersee. The rooms are large and well-equipped. The hotel position is convenient as it is located near the centre of Seewalchen.

The restaurant is closed so only breakfast is served. We had to telephone on arrival as the hotel was closed. The rooms rather lack character and are not typically Austrian.

Racial Discrimination at its worst. My wife went down before me for breakfast. When I arrived she was clearly upset. She told me that she accidently knocked over a glass of orange juice, she didn't break the glass but juice was on the floor and the table. The waitress demanded my wife to clean it up, in front of all the other guests(note the other guests who heard the heated discussion were astounded and in support of my wife).. My wife moved to another table, another waitress brought out water in a bucket and a hand cloth and they insisted she get on her hands and knees and clean it up. She refused to do so. When she told me I thought she must have been exaggerating, but whilst I was there the waitress came and very forcefully demanded my wife clean up the mess. I told her that my wife was not going to clean up the spill and that she should get a cleaner to do it. The waitress started arguing. I asked to see the manager, but after 5 minutes no one came. I went directly to reception and asked for the manager. After speaking with him we heard no further from the waitress. My self and my wife were clearly upset over this. My wife is German citizen of Asian decent and we are certain that this is the reason this woman was being so rude. I again spoke with the manager at checkout and told him that we considered this to be a raciest act and that the waitress would never ask a German or Austrian woman to do such a thing. The manger admitted that this was clearly a terrible raciest action by his staff and was not surprised by there actions. I asked for a formal apology and said that he should either dismiss the two employees or have them enrolled in a formal retraining program to deal with their raciest attitude. Considering the blasé' attitude of the manager, I doubt very much if any action will be taken. My wife certainly hasn't received an apology.

It would have been helpful to know the hotel could not feed us in the cafe/restaurnat before we arrived.
