The staff is wonderful, the food is great, and the pools and spa facilities are fantastic.

We loved at stay at this hotel. Nothing is spared. They even offer fruit and drinks by the swimming pool for free and the cake time at lunch was a delicious surprise. We've had a wonderful short stay there with our two small children and we are looking forward to our next visit. The hosts are wonderful and their effort is reflected in the high quality of the accomodation.

The room was a little cold. There were only very dark curtains in the room, including in the bathroom, and it was possible to see inside from the neighboring building. Sheer curtains or light drapes would have been nice so I wouldn’t have to keep the heavy curtains closed and the lights on during the day.

Warm welcome, choice if parking either in underground garage or outside. Room with balcony. Great leisure facilies, robe and towels in bedrooms.We booked dinner included... 6 course meal with salad from buffet and included non alcoholic drinks.

That hall building needs refreshments to win the 5th star and we believe it is worth to win it.

Excellent location with good hiking paths at the footsteps of the hotel. Great breakfast, excellent lunch break (free of charge), great dinner. Superb amenities in the hotel (hot swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, etc)

We just stayed there one night on our way to Salzburg and missed the breakfast in the morning. Just mentioned this to the front desk staff and they arranged coffee and croissants for us before we left.. such a nice thing.

Quiet and you could relax,the staff were very friendly!

It’s really old and needs renovations! You see to some part of the building that the wall isn’t good anymore etc. For me was too expensive for what they offered! Also I didn’t like that you have a specific table that you can eat(they choose for you) and the 2 days you are sitting there to eat everything (breakfast,evening etc)

The fitness and wellness facilities are incredible. Indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and relaxation rooms. It's just splendid. I have never seen a gym this big in a hotel before. The staff was very nice and helpful and breakfast and dinner were really good too. I didn't have a car while staying there, but that was not a problem. You can either catch a train or bus to Schladming or Radstadt. The stations are less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. You also get half-price tickets for some of the major cable cars in the area.

A few more towel holders in the bathroom would be nice, but it is a minor inconvenience.

Clean room, nice wellness, great hotel staff!!! Nice dinner - main course and dessert(both served and top quality)+salad buffet, soup ok. Good breakfast buffet.

Wi-fi signal could be better.(Few more routers etc. should help). I wish the the dinner main course was bigger :) - because it was so nice.Bigger TV in room would be nice.

Staff was very helpful and considerate. The location was really good. The hotel has a very nice view.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing! We loved the facilities - sauna, fitness studio, tennis - everything was fabulous!

Staff was outstanding. Food in the restaurant was out of this world (dinner). Brekky was 10/10. All of the facilities are 10/10. The view from the hotel is amazing. It is a like fairytale place.

I think that the price of the place should deserve a Summer card, which we really missed especially with kids.

Amazing food, pleasant staff, nice spa

No air conditioning in the rooms( if you open the window because of the noise from the nearby highway, you die from the heat), no air conditioning in the restaurant,too. Outdated design, the hotel was probably last refreshed never.

Fairytale like hotel , big spa area, afternoon delights , attentive staff, quiet at night, many walking roots around.Price/quality - correct.

Over salty eggs, over sugary oats for breakfast. Beds are too soft for my back. Directly on the busy road.
