The location is super! The staff was friendly,especially the Hungarian speaking. The food was good too in the restaurant.

The rooms are very basic, I would appreciated a kettle at least. The rooms are not very comfortable.

Great location. Nice breakfast. Great value for money deal for families. They accepted my dogs and that was a positive.

Carpets inside the room. Broken furniture. A little bit dirty.

Our 2nd time in this hotel, we love this place, sauna, parking, we adore Peirlo the hotel cat, hotel stuff, käse pizza ( the best pizza worldwide )...

Good breakfast and great view from the room

We have chosen the location because of the nearby ski lift. That was however freshly closed (end of season). As I believe most families come to this hotel for a skiing holiday for the sake of the location, I was disappointed that no one at the reception bothered to tell us that local ski lifts were already closed, or recommend another suitable ski resort. We just found out when we left the hotel, prepared to ski, and saw there was no ski lift in operation.Nevertheless, thanks to recommendations from friends, we found a ski resort that suited us well and we enjoyed a great holiday.The hotel seems to need a bit of refurbishment.

location is great, right at the slope. functional hotel. after our stay they offered to keep a room to change and store our luggage

1) hospitality. don’t know whether it was post-Covid depression but both the hotel and restaurant didn’t show any kindness at welcome and ongoing. it was more than absence of kindness, it was rude and distancing. restaurant: if served by Sam, the evening is with it, when served by Martin, better eat a sandwich for dinner at your room. never served what was ordered, no response and unkind to kids2) design was clearly from the 70s and have never been renovated after. functional but don’t look for any comfort. showering in the bad tub holding your own shower. 3) convenience: ski locker room was dirty and clearly does not match the hotel capacity so a clear run for storage after skiing or bringing your equipment to the hotel room4) it showed as ‘Ferien hotel’ but given the absence of kindness (kids especially don’t feel welcome) and very basic convenience it could better be categorized as sport hotel

The staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out went very fast. The room was large enough and relatively quiet.

Breakfast choice could have been wider.

Hotel stuff was super friendly and very hospitable. We were very satisfied with the service. Every day christmas cakes were tasty and nice gesture. Hotel mascot cat (Birlo) is amazing and loved by every host :) Breakfast was superb and wellness reached our requirements. Hotel room was spacious and very warm. We recommend this hotel.
