Pros +
- The location is fantastic because it is away from the noise and at a dead end street, very quiet and peaceful and you can start the train for cross-country ski directly in front of the house. Or, you can hike and walk the trails that go by the house. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very spacious with a nice balcony, and a separate WC. The different saunas, and the indoor pool and the relaxing room are fantastic and quiet and enjoyable, and clean. The massage was also very good.
- Very good breakfast. Very comfortable hotel with good facilities and swimming pool.
- Very quiet location, but next to the running ski trails. Rooms very comfortable, clean. Staff helpful and nice. Parking lot next the hotel, in part with shelter. Especially I must mention breakfast: tasty, fresh, with wide selection.
Cons -
- We weren't told that a light supper was served in early evening. Only other guests told us when we saw the supper prepared. We had eaten out for the first two evenings, but enjoyed the hotel supper after that

The wellness area is really good. Very clean and peaceful and larger than expected. The view is unbelievably beautiful. Walking routes start in front of the hotel. Perfect. We felt very welcome. Very friendly and helpful staff. The massage deserves a special mention. The best I have ever had.
The breakfast could have been better. Fruit and vegetables were not very fresh.
Absolutely great place to stay in the Ramsau area. This place has it all, location, clean, comfortable. Staff was great, especially Julia who offered great recommendations for hiking in the area.
It has the best view, the property is very well equipped and the staff is super friendly and caring
Nothing ?
Great location, a fabulous view from the windows, and very good host and services on site (sauna, pool, etc.)
all was good
The room was spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. Nice walking paths around the property. Tea/ coffee and snacks was served in the lounge. The Spa is well maintained and a nice environment to relax. The receptionist was very friendly. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment.
Did find the "linen" charge unfair.
