Location, staff and services offered
All was fine
Check in the evening
- no parking (we have chosen this hotel also because of the parking, in fact, arriving in the evening, the staff said it’s fully booked. They said to us go to 2 public parkings - fully booked. Spent 30-40 minutes to find a spot since the hotel is located in the small town close to Valencia) - old room, old furniture- not enough light (we had a room 201 with a small window in the corner with the view to the wall with windows) - no fridge, water and etc- bad sound isolation, you can here a lot of noise during your stay- bad towels which do not absorb water well
Clean facilities and location was alright. It’s not central but easy to access. Breakfast had good variety. Decor of the hotel was so creative, and staff was friendly and helpful. There’s private parking and there’s an outdoor area if anyone would like to eat outside.
It was very clean with really nice breakfast. Staff also very pleasant.
It was very dark in the rooms with big air conditioners in front of the window. It was impossible to be in a room without air conditioning. Our bed was in a very bad condition, was very creaky and the mattress was also in bad condition.
The breakfast was below average for coffee you need to go to barman and can not self service also amount of variaty of breakfast was limited...
the location, the hotel is promoting 4 starts but it is definatly a 2 or max. 3 stars FOR SURE not 4-stars.
Good breakfast, comfortable beds, very nice and helpfull staff
The toilets aren't made for people with long legs (had to sit on it sideways). The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear everything on the whole floor
We have this room for 1 night, but unfortunately, we could not sleep at all.We have book double bed We git single bed. The bed was moving in between. Really not appreciated. We reached the late night, and there was no water in the room.
Helpful staff, cleanliness, and quite. Coffee is great!
Not close enough to train station.Breakfast lacks salads or veggies, mostly meat, bread, and sweets.
We have used Hotel Benetússer to visit family every year for at least the last 30 years and always b
The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. You can take a bus to go to the city centre. The accomodation was clean.
I just stayed for 2 nights and couldn't sleep until 2am in the morning because people sitting in the bar were really loud. I told the recepcionist and he just said we are fully booked there is nothing I can do. In booking they announce that they have sound proof walls but you can here everything from the bar downstairs and people on the floor.
Moder building with very beautiful rooms. The staff is awsome! Kind, gentle and
- most welcoming hotel staff (reception, breakfast, cleaning)- delicious coffee, freshly made by the breakfast staff- free parking on streets all around the hotel- free city-map, tourist brochures available in the lobby area- 2 elevators, building has 5 floors- overall good location of the hotel in a quiet&nice neighbourhood (close to transportation - bus and train), building and rooms are clean&maintained
BOOKING.COM TWIN ROOM DESCRIPTION- false advertisement provided by booking.com in regards to this room facilities : "Balcony, Terrace, View"- issues reported, live/face-to-face, to the reception staff that confirmed the followings :1. twin room in this hotel has absolutely no balcony, nor terrace(twin room has a sliding window in the room and another small one in the bathroom)2. description "issues" comes from booking.com -> hotel has no influence over it - booking customer service was informed accordingly on 30.05.2024, using all possible/known communication channels, but since now, 09.06.2024, no reply/no action/no contact has been received
Very poor
I was passing through Valencia and wanted to get a few hours of sleep before continuing my journey. By accident, I booked this hotel because I had "the pleasure" of staying in it before. I checked in around 11:00 PM, but there was a loud party in the room next door until 04:00 AM, and someone was watching TV in another room so I could hear every word from the television. I reported to the reception that it was impossible to sleep in such conditions, but their intervention didn't help at all. Before 06:00 AM, I decided to check out of the room and sleep in the car, which was a much better decision than staying overnight in this hotel. Furthermore, the hotel is already in poor condition. A thorough renovation would be needed.
Very warm welcome. Receptionist was a great advertisement for the hotel. Also breakfast was really good value
It was further out of the city than I realised. Although the town of benetusser is actually quite pleasant
The stuff was super helpful. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was very tasty.
At first, we received a room with minimal sunlight and a window facing a different room from the inside of the building. Luckily, after asking the very hospitable person at the reception desk, we've received a sunny room with a 'regular' window view.
The hotel Is in a quiet area 15mins drive from Valencia and you can park for free in the street or pay 8€ for their private parking. The bedroom is big and comfortable, we paid for a double and we had an extra bed too. You can rest well as it's not noisy at all. The breakfast is amazing! Good quality products and plenty of options. The pastries were delicious. The reception staff was very helpful and polite. They have a wood fire pizzeria at the hotel restaurant and they made really good pizzas!
The mattress was a bit too soft for me and could be renovated.
In principle it's a good hotel, all is well: clean, comfy bed, sympathetic staff.
Don't go there unless you don't mind being woken up at six by a departing group talking in the corridors and slamming doors. Or children, lots of them, running around after midnight. It's the groups that make the hotel totally unsuitable for private guests. I've been to many hotels, in but something this bad is difficult to understand.
