“I booked a hotel online and completed the check-in process, yet I did not receive the access code or my room number until 3 a.m. This was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional, leaving me stranded and frustrated for several hours. Such poor service caused significant stress and ruined the beginning of my stay.”

Rooms modern, very clean, comfy bed, aircon great, location easy access to centre vía tram in around 20 mins.

Was very clean, well maintained. Our room was small but had everything we needed. The check in process happens on your phone so checking in and out was super easy and made it so you could arrive at any time after your check in time without much difficulty. The staff were all super nice.

This was very pleasant stay! Room was nice, with everything needed, very clean and nice looking. Breakfast was simple, but for that price we were very glad we had that. Location is also nice and safe, you can get easily by foot to the station to go to Valencia, as well as go to nearby restaurants and enjoy beautiful square of Burjasot. We had no problem parking our car near the hotel, there was also a spot somewhere on the street. Considering the price, I was surprised by the quality of the accommodation

I appreciated the fact that breakfast was included but it needs some improvements because there is too much emphasis on bread. Maybe add some protein like yogurt and some fresh fruit or juice.

The cleanliness and the staff that worked to keep it that way.The value for money especially with a free breakfast every morning.

Perhaps a little bit far from the beach, but the walk to the Metro station wasn’t too far and the Valencia travel card was good value for hearing the places you needed to go to.

Both the common areas and the room were clean, comfortable and cozy. Although the room was small, it had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable; a fridge, A/C, TV, desk, hangers, a wonderful bed and a lovely shower. The rooftop terrace was a nice place to relax, and all the staff I met were warm, welcoming, kind and helpful. It was very easy and convenient to be able to unlock all the doors with an access code instead of having to keep track of a key. The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the metro stop, so you can easily reach the airport, the city center of Valencia and the beach from there.

The hotel is new and excellent in many ways. Check-in is self-service with an access code. Breakfast is poor but sufficient. It is located 10 minutes from the metro line, however, it is important to know that if you have an early flight on Saturday and Sunday, the metro runs later, after 7 am

Great place in Valencia! Quiet, clean, safe, and a very good price. The rooftop terrace is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!Definitely recommend this place!

10-15 minutes walking from transport, and 30-40 minutes from city center. But still easy to reach.

I like the fresh contemporary design. The beds and bed linen are wonderful and comfortable. Modern rain shower. Plenty of room for me to relax and recharge. The location is calm and you can be assured of a good nights sleep. The staff, Miguel, Ruben and Frederico have all been very helpful during my stays. Can't do enough for you. The rate includes a continental breakfast - enough to get you started for the day.A big plus for me is it is 5-10 minutes walk to the Metro station that takes you straight into the centre of Valencia. Excellent value for money!
