- This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful location for exploring.
- Clean, friendly, wonderfully placed
- The view was fantastic. Very clean and good breakfast.
Cons -
- The bed was too firm for me.
- Far away from Innsbruck. Access road to the hotel is very curvy and very steep. In the room, there is only a TV. Nothing else, even there is no kettle, no regrigerator. Bed and bathroom.
- Beds have feather duvets and pillows. Most people will probably welcome them, but I, as a strong allergy to feathers, immediately had an allergic reaction. I solved it with a double dose of antihistamines and putting the blankets out of my reach:)

The view was fantastic. Very clean and good breakfast.
The bed was too firm for me.
It has a very nice view but it is located on a slope of mountain.

friendly hosts, very good breakfast, ski storage room
This is a wonderful hotel that is run by kind, hospitable people. Very comfortable bed, clean, quiet, absolutely beautiful views... I can only recommend it.
The hotel is small, family-run, situated in the hills above Schwaz, near Achensee. A great starting point for hiking and cycling tours. As a family of 5 we had 2 rooms next to each other. The rooms were clean, each with a terrace. The garage has a shared fridge and space for bikes. Breakfast was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and super region. Very recommended.
Breakfast is good, the room is clean and there is a supermarket nearby
One of the days at breakfast we wore hiking shoes as we intended to go on a hike right after breakfast. We probably had some dry sand on our shoes (even though our room was perfectly clean and no sand there) yet we didn't notice at the time. A staff member came up to us screaming at us while we're still eating, saying we made a mess with our dirty shoes. I looked at the "mess" he was pointing at (which honestly looked more like a crumbled cake) and sincerely said "I'm sorry but I don't think it's from us". The man then BENT UNDER THE TABLE and looked at our shoes closely and very rudely says "this is you". The staff member then also brought a vacuum cleaner and started cleaning right in front of everyone while we we're still trying to eat. The morning after we got no apology, only dirty looks from him. We will NEVER return to this hotel, we've never encountered such a rude treatment. It felt like the point was to embarrass us in front of everyone and ruin our stay .
Beautiful view from room on mountains.Good breakfast, every day fresh bread
Small bathroom
Nice location, with beautiful view. The staff was helpful and flexible for the check in time. The room was warm and clean.
The beds and pilows were not comfortable( very hard and very soft accordingly). Also, there is no good noise insulation.
Views over the valley from our balcony were fantastic, especially during sunset. Room was nice and comfortable. There was plenty of parking spots in front of the hotel.
Breakfast could have more variety but I understand that it is quite small hotel. There are no restaurants close by but there is a large supermarket nearby.
Good size of the room, nice breakfast, felt there like at relatives place rather than a hotel.
No privacy on the balcony.
It was excellent in all aspekter.
Our host told us that there was only 500 meters to the nearest gasthof, but it was in fact a 900 meters walk. But the food at the gasthof was fantastic. ?
very good breakfast. nice and clean rooms. very kind and helpfull staff. hotel is highly recommended :)
The family that runs Hotel Garni Regina is friendly and competent. It feels like we're visiting family while we're there. The breakfasts are the best in Austria! The setting is relaxing with great views.
It is in a beautiful location but requires a car to get there and to get around. Parking spaces are limited.
I found the stuff nice and friendly. And breakfast was really good. The small portions at the buffet, I find, were the right size and the choice of food was diverse. The refill of the buffet was a bit slow at times, but that was probably related to the a lot of guests comming to breakfast at the same time. Otherwise, it was quite good for the price. The room was nice and clean, with comfortable bed and clean sheets. We also had a stunning view to the valey and the mountains across. That made the stay more enjoyable.
The location of the hotel is a bit challenging when you are searching for some lunch options near by. It's a pity that the hotel doesn't offer lunch nor dinner. So for lunch we had to drive down to the valley, to the restaurant the hotel stuff recommended. The recommendation was really good. But when comming back from a hike there is no restaurant open at lunch time near your hotel, that could be a bit tiresome and annoying.
Great view into the mountains with balcony, fresh air, very friendly family staff, excellent breakfast and atmosphere, clean rooms.
Outdated interior but clean. No coffee or thee in the room
The views from the hotel are great and the family that runs it is very friendly. breakfast was good and in the evening you can use the cosy room to relaxt, play a board game (that are available)etc. After a day on the slopes (fugen is c. 25 min by car) the good warm showers where nice too.
something to consider is that there are limited restaurants nearby, so you will need a car to get around.
Location was good.
The host could have been more friendly. They just didn’t seem interested when we arrived. Didn’t spend a second extra other than handing over the keys. When asked about eating place, host didn’t bother to tell us the name of restaurant and instead mentioned go on the left side 10 min walking and 2 mins by car. The city had practically no body on road in the evening around 7 o’clock and hence we were struggling to find food. A name of restaurant from host would have helped. Next day during breakfast host did just the needful. No conversation what so ever to make their guest feel welcomed.
