Great location with amazing views. value for money, great staff and the gym is excellent. This hotel should be more a 4 star hotel than 3. The breakfast is perfect.

There is nothing to dislike about the hotel.

I paid full price for a hotel that was, effectively, closed. One day before my stay and after the cancellation period, the hotel announced that it would be closed apart for access to bedrooms. I expected bar facilities and a restaurant. Neither were open. The reason given by the manager was that they had been busy over the previous weekend and needed a rest!! The fact that the announcement was made after the hotel had secured my money by inhibiting my ability to cancel was deceitful.

Very comfortable hotel where the rooms are modern and well appointed. Great restaurant in the Gasthof across the road, where we were well looked after, with food and drink.

Last minute ruhetag meant hotel was unmanned on arrival and restaurant closed ?. Late informed.

Room was really nice.

Lacking air-con. People were smoking right beneath our room window, so we could not keep our window open.

No air condition and you can’t open the windows because of bugs and mosquitoes. In adequate parking.

We stayed in this lovely (new) hotel just one night on our way to Italy. The location is ideal just before the Brenner pass. Good beds, nice, clean bathroom and good breakfast.Easy parking just in front of the hotel. To be repeated! (my score: 8,5/10)

A bit of dust in the room and there was a lot of noise by children in the corridor until 22h30 (but that was the responsability of the parents, little the hotel could do about that)

Recently renovated. Clean. Breakfast has very wide selection.

Room facing main road and west facing. Extremely warm room in summer. Suggest having a fan during hot summer.

The hotel was modern yet cosy. Enough parking space. If it is full in front of the door, there is space directly across the street. The rooms were neat, cozy and spacious. A nice balcony to sit on, with a great view.The breakfast was good. Dinner was delicious.

Although the night was cool, the room was very warm. The sliding door of the balcony was opened at night.

We expected the room to be better equiped. The sheets of the beds were perfect for winter but to hot for summer...

Staff were friendly, our drinks for diner were free because first we got a wrong room that was not properly cleaned and afterwards we got a replacement unit at the top floor. Our room had a nice bathroom (it was not properly ventilated though)

- because of the road work on the way to hotel you can easily make a mistake and enter the highway with toll payment- our room at the 3rd level was very warm without any airco and no proper ventilation- bed covers were not clean with shoe marks, and hairs left on the bed- maybe a nice place during the colder seasons but we will not go there during summer anymore- we trusted the reviews but to me the room was very over priced.

This was the best hotel I stayed in in my 7 night trip, I stayed in 5 other hotels and this was the best. The room and the views definitely made this hotel stand out from the rest!

I would have like to have maybe coffee making facilities in the room to enjoy in the morning. Breakfast was €15 buffet stlye. And an Al a carte restaurant on site too.

Great accommodation for a family of 4, we stayed just one night on our way to Italy, modern and nice rooms, very good buffet breakfast!

Nice hotel, spacious room. We only stayed for one night. For us the location, close to the highway, was very convenient.
