Best breakfast we had during our entire trip. We loved the pool and the saunas. Staff was very friendly. Great room with lots of space for the 4 of us.

Limited breakfast. No staff at night. No tea/ coffee facilities during afterhours. No on-site restaurant.

The room we had was very big and we had direct access to the whirlpool from our room. I was surprised that the whirlpool was emptied and refilled daily - top! The property was exceptionally clean. The facilities included like the sauna area, the heated boot racks were very clean, and the breakfast was perfect! Everything was available and they even made scrambled eggs if you requested them. The staff were very friendly and always asked if everything is ok. Great customer service!

The room was very spacious. We had two double beds. The place it’s located was very beautiful. And the receptionist was very kind.

The quality of the items of the breakfast was very regular, old fruit salad, bad charcuterie items quality, I really didn’t enjoy much the quality of the breakfast… the decoration is very outdated but that is just a preference thing I guess… the hotel was full and we booked for the same day but there were no towels and bathrobes at the room to use at the sauna for us. They gave us bed blankets to dry ourselves… for a 440€ night I really thought that it could be better…

Really clean and decorated very cute. The hotel lodge has Austrian feel with up to date facilities. The washroom was compact but was thoughtfully designed to make it more space friendly which I appreciate. Staff was very accommodating and quick to respond to any inquiries. The location is really nice, you can easily get to various hiking trails in the area by car.

Very friendly staff and nice place to relax with the nature and hiking-tracks at the door-step. Breakfast was really nice. We didn't have the chance to try the restaurant in the evening, so we will have to come back. Very nice pool and spa facilities and there was a very nice calm to the place. Very nice waterfall just a 5 min walk from the place.

The city of Rinnen and Berwang is not that interesting, so you will need to drive to other areas to explore - if you are not hiking!

The bed in the room was unfortunately a little too hard and a little too short. The rest of the room was large and nice

The place was clean and the rooms were very spacious I rented a family room and it was a really good size

The room only had 1 bathroom,the shower is really small it's difficult to actually shower in it ,the TV is very small and the Jacuzzi was not operational but the one thing I disliked the most is the fact that I rented the room thinking it was close to Neuschwaistain castle and it is not it took us 40 minutes to get there when I did the booking it was advertised as 8 kilometers away from the castle and in realty you are almost 40 kilometers away if I would have known this I would have chosen a different hotel but the information in the location was misleading

A quiet place with an excellent staff. There was a sauna?. Breakfast was delicious. We will be returning.

The hotel has a true Austria-feel, right in the middle of the mountains. The hostess was friendly and witty. Breakfast was fine, just continental breakfast, but it was not bad. We were sent off with some bars of chocolate, which was a very nice gesture.

The shower tab was put in a clumpsy place, you can’t help but accidentally touch it with your booty, while showering. The bath room was small, but efficient. The rooms are a bit noisy, but after 22.00 pm, silence is expected from the guests, which is nice.

Clean & very well maintained. Room is spacious and balcony overlooks mountains. Dry sauna & free parking spot on site. Staff very nice and helpful. There is nice picnic spot by the river / waterfall 5min drive down the road.

No one speaks English.
